I had trouble assembling at first, and reached out to customer support and they were extremely quick to respond. I was able to correctly assemble and will be presenting to toddler as their gift. Super impressed with the communication I received and would buy from them again.

The media could not be loaded. Very cute kids toy haven't had any issues with it very easy to assemble doesn't really pick up much but I do see some dust in it so it works for loose light hair dirt crumbs obviously it's not going to work like a real vacuum but it does look pretty good for a toy my son is about to be three and he absolutely loves it it looks just like Mama's and he's pretty rough as well and it hasn't broken so we are very happy with our purchase.

This is adorable and really works!! An auto run button for littles who cannot hold down the trigger quite yet. My tiny has dropped it plant of times and it’s still working just fine! Totally worth the price.

I purchased this item for my granddaughter for Easter. It literally worked for less than one hour. The actual lever that you would press to start the vacuum broke. I gave it one star for the pretty color.

Great purchase ! My kids love this thing . It actually picks up little pieces which has motivated my kids to play with it more. So fun for after dinner clean up for the littles! Customer service if also very helpful so if you have any issues they will get fixed immediately

My kids love these. I had to buy a second so they would stop fighting. These little vacuums actually suck up a little dirt, too. The kids feel like they are helping clean and are enjoying helping. Hopefully, they’ll feel the same way about cleaning in a few years.
