The media could not be loaded. Honestly, as a super techie, and someone who has a patenin lidar to see this technology be leveraged in this fashion, is pretty unbelievable. The vacuum itself is very solid, quality and health and nothing.It all felt that it was cheap, i certainly expect it to last years of good service.From one of the pictures, you can see the vacuum approaching the new refrigerator we have the vacuum because it has lidar will slow down before it gets to any area wall or a device which I really like so it doesn't crash into it if it happens to slip.The maps which you can see in the picture are fully customizable. You can change the name. You can add a cup sense of perimeter in the app so that the vacuum doesn't go beyond that like a wall or a fence, or you can also add a specific area. So for example, on Mike one Cedar, I don't want the vacuum to go around in the back on either side, so rather than putting like A wall on both sides, I just drag and drop an area and I say, don't go here and it respects that which is useful.Really?The strength of this vacuum comes from the quality of the material and it's made and I would say, it's very good, especially at the price point. But the software by far is making this vacuum.It's incredibly useful.I have it vacuuming, constantly.I've actually thought about getting another one for the 2nd floor not because it can't handle it. But I love that it vacuums on a schedule. You don't need to do anything, you don't need to replace anything except for the trash.And that takes a couple of months, at least to fill up.Lastly I used a mop function as well. I love that I can specify an area to mop twice so I don't have to enter it. The app and tell it to go mop again. I put a little bit of vinegar. The rest water and it does a really good job. I also like that. I can control the flow of how much Floor cleaner water or vinegar? Whatever you want actually gets transmitted to the pads. So you can control how much it's uses.Overall five star!

The MONGSA is amazing. Cleaned every mess, and with the high spin rate of the brush it picks up EVERYTHING. The mop is an awesome bonus, as it leaves my floors looking very shiny and clean. Super easy to use and set up with the app, QR code right out of the box for quick and easy set up. The mapping capability blew me away, and being able to control it from work and even in my bed is awesome. Been using for 3 weeks now, and havenโt had to change dust bin, really nice capacity. Overall, highly recommend for someone looking to keep there house extra clean with no extra effort.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This vacuum is fantastic. It is well worth the money and does an excellent job. The drive is exceptionally powerful and does a great job going from hard floors to carpet. I love the mapping feature and the robot's ability to to follow it with incredible accuracy. I also love the fact that the remote app is one I use with other smart devices. it is very easy to setup and connect to Wi-Fi. Unit appears to be very well built and the automatic docking and recharging is perfect.

Iโm absolutely impressed with the MONSGA Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo! Itโs powerful, quiet, and the 5000Pa suction picks up dust and pet hair effortlessly. The mopping function leaves my floors spotless, and I love being able to control everything from my phone. Totally worth the price for how much time and effort it saves. Highly recommend!

It does an extremely thorough job, both vacuuming and mopping. After a full cycle, I run my Dyson vacuum with the green laser lightโand the floors are spotless. I donโt see any dust particles or residue at all.Navigation is also highly accurate. The unit finds its way around my entire apartment and maps everything out perfectly in the app. The app is very intuitive and easy to use, and I love being able to send it to clean specific rooms or targeted areas on demand.So far, itโs been very reliable, and Iโm extremely happy with the results. If youโre looking for a smart, efficient, and effective vacuum-mop combo, this is a fantastic choice. Five stars, no hesitation!

I picked this vacuum based off the reviews and it did not disappoint! Iโve given it a couple weeks and have used it everyday and I can say, this is way better than the shark I had a few years ago! We have two golden retrievers so vacuuming every day is a must with all their hair and debris they bring in. This vacuum grabs everything that the shark could not. Itโs powerful, itโs pretty quiet even on its max suction. The only โloudโ part about it is when it goes back to its dock to empty itself, thatโs pretty loud, but it literally empties everything (my shark always left stuff behind!). All in all this was a great price for a vacuum that does both mopping and vacuuming.The mop is eh..you still need to deep clean, itโs really only for daily upkeep but itโs a great feature to have for all their hard wood flooring we have.ย The remote that comes with it is pretty cool. You can control areas you want it to focus on and spot clean.ย 10/10 would recommend for hard wood flooring and pets. Iโm not sure how it does with carpet, I only have a small rug by the door, but it seems to do just as good with that.

Iโve had cheaper robot vacuums before that always felt like more hassle than help โ constantly bumping into things, getting lost, or missing entire patches of the floor.Straight out of the box, the MS1 felt solid and well-built. Setup was quick, and the app connected without any issues. The first mapping run was surprisingly accurate โ I could see the flat layout within minutes and itโs been consistent ever since.What really surprised me is the suction power. It easily handles crumbs, cat hair, and general dust across both laminate and rugs. The vacuum adjusts itself automatically when switching floor types, which is a nice touch.The self-emptying station is a game changer. I havenโt had to touch the bin once in over a week. Itโs far cleaner and more convenient than I expected.

MONSGA MS1 MAX hardware is fantastic - Software can be a little frustrating for first time users
********* Update 2 weeks later: I have decided to update my review score from 4 to 5 stars (6 if they would let me). I still hold the opinion that there is room for improvement in the software and even in the written instructions. However, My opinion of the Monsga MS1 Max and the Monsga Service staff have skyrocketed. This product is very capable, does a fantastic job. I have no complaints about the machine.I found that I needed to contact customer support for a few things and they really were very fast in contacting me back and were very keen on assisting me. They also said that they were going to take some of my suggestions and see if they could be incorporated into the next update. I felt, and still do, feel like a valued customer.**************This is my first venture into purchasing a robot vacuum. I wasn't too sure what to expect. To begin with the delivery was quick and the parcel arrived well boxed, intact and undamaged. The vacuum robot and charge / collection station were well protected inside the packaging. The quick start card that was included was large and easy to read. I know it had to be done but plugging it in and charging the vacuum for at least 4 hours deflated my excitement level a bit. My sweeper brush must have been packaged funny because one of the 3 arms of the bristles is curled up into the air so hopefully it will straighten back into shape and touch the floor. On the first use MONSGA MS1 MAX certainly mapped the area in a short time - probably why its called "Quick Mapping". Once that was complete it went straight into vacuuming mode. It was in this first vacuuming session where the fine tuning of the map was completed. It was interesting to watch it all unfold on the app. The effectiveness of cleaning was pretty impressive with the exception of the inside corners where it really couldn't sweep or vacuum very well. Overall I would give the MONSGA MS1 MAX hardware 5 out of 5 stars as a first time robot vacuum user. Where I personally think there could be improvement is the App (software). I did not find it very user friendly as a first time user. It took some internet searching on how to take advantage of setting up "Forbidden Zone's" and "Virtual Walls". My main floor is a split level and it took a long time to figure out that I had to move the Base Unit onto the second level and plug it in. Then tell the unit to vascuum. It activates, looks around and tells you there is a mapping error and has to "Re-Map". Maybe it is just lack of experience but I wasn't expecting to have to haul both the base and vacuum around the house to have it clean different area. It could just be me but I couldn't find much literature on properly utilizing the "Smart Life" app. To be honest, I figured a lot of it out by fumbling around and pressing options. One last critique would be that the smallest Forbidden Zone I could make was 1 square meter - but the small end table I didn't want it to vacuum around (because of the power cords around it) is only 10 inches by 20 inches. So to summarize after a few uses - the MONSGA MS1 MAX itself is fantastic and does exactly as it claims, however the slight let down comes from the 3rd party software. I anticipate once it is all set up I will be proficient in its use but it is a little frustrating as a first time user. I hope this helps in your decision to purchase this unit - it is worth every penny.
Mongsa MS1 is good as any big branded robo vacuums
Monsga MS1 Max vacuum cleaner surprised me with how modern it looks and how powerful it is. The moment you open the packaging you can feel that it is a high end quality product. It easily picked up everything from fine dust to tough pet hair, leaving my floors very clean. You can switch between vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, which makes it super handy. I also found the self-emptying station more useful than I expected.It works great on different types of floors and moves smoothly while keeping strong suction. The sleek design fits nicely with any home style. Its lidar navigation helps it map the house well and avoid bumping into things. As you can see in my video, it rarely hits furniture and cleans in a smart, organized way.The battery lasts long enough to clean my whole home, and the app and remote make it easy to control. Overall, this vacuum cleaner is a great robot vacuum that does exactly what it promises. Its strong suction, smart navigation, and helpful features like self-emptying make it worth the money. It looks good, is easy to use, and has made my daily cleaning much easier.

The media could not be loaded. I've had robot vacuums before, and they've always been less impressive than the Monsga Robot Vacuum. To be honest, they've all had issues with everything from table and chair legs to getting stuck under the couch.First impression of Monsga MS1 is far better constructed than my older one easy to use and well programmed.The design is lovely and the structure of the machine is solid and well-made.The Monsga tracks perfectly on my wood floor and recognises the carpet too.The robot has enough suction to pick up everything from the floor.The cleaning pattern is calculated well, and itโs possible to see the map of the flat on the app. I simply love it, and the map of the room is created at first use and is extremely accurate.Battery life is also better than I expected. I can do the whole flat on one charge.With the remote control is possible to choose different levels of suction from the min to the max. The max level is a bit noisy but not a problem even for my cat.The app works on my iPhone perfectly and the pairing with the machine and the app was extremely easy.With the previous one, the pairing was a nightmare.At the end of his job, Monsga autocleans itself.At the end of this review I will recommend this machine to everyone. Great capacity good price and lovely design.

The best purchase ever
The media could not be loaded. I've had robot vacuums before, and they've always been less impressive than the Monsga Robot Vacuum. To be honest, they've all had issues with everything from table and chair legs to getting stuck under the couch.First impression of Monsga MS1 is far better constructed than my older one easy to use and well programmed.The design is lovely and the structure of the machine is solid and well-made.The Monsga tracks perfectly on my wood floor and recognises the carpet too.The robot has enough suction to pick up everything from the floor.The cleaning pattern is calculated well, and itโs possible to see the map of the flat on the app. I simply love it, and the map of the room is created at first use and is extremely accurate.Battery life is also better than I expected. I can do the whole flat on one charge.With the remote control is possible to choose different levels of suction from the min to the max. The max level is a bit noisy but not a problem even for my cat.The app works on my iPhone perfectly and the pairing with the machine and the app was extremely easy.With the previous one, the pairing was a nightmare.At the end of his job, Monsga autocleans itself.At the end of this review I will recommend this machine to everyone. Great capacity good price and lovely design.
