Installation was fairly simple. It did require me and my husband to get everything level. I'm using it in my small PT clinic and I love the sleek lines. It is solid and just a versatile piece of equipment.

This is worth every penny . Well made . I bought to use with my pilates equipment much like the fuse ladder which is over $2k. This I think is equally, if not more versatile. Waiting for some attachments to see how they work . But no need to spend thousands .I was concerned about the max weight but if you set it up correctly ( I attached mine to oak plywood yoga wall.) this can easily handle 300 lbs + .

Study and good looking. But a couple of tips on installation as there are no written instructions, only an explosive drawing.1. Do not tighten the bolts until you are ready to attach to the wall as this will allow some movement of the frame to adjust to the wall and lay flat against it. Otherwise, you may find that you have some of the wall flanges not laying flat against the wall. This will also help in getting an exact 32"distance between flanges to line up with wall studs. Even then, I had to use a hammer to "pound" a couple of flanges inward to get them to line up with wall studs.2. I did not use the screws provided to attach the wood bars. I used #8 3/4" Stainless Steel screws because of the other reviews recommending to do that. I then had no problems securing the wood bars, but be sure to pre-drill each hole-a must!Really happy with the end result

I haven't even finished attaching this to my basement wall and I'm aleady loving it! It's that well made!!Heavy duty, thick & strong 2" iron posts. Matte black powder coated finish. No metal burrs or shavings sticking out anywhere. Posts are smooth with that same great gym texture for grip. Wood ladder dowels are thick and heavy duty as well! The whole piece is made well and meant to take weight!Only suggestion I have is trading out the wood dowel securing screws. The ones that are included simply A: don't have the grip, and B: even with predrilling their heads snapped off tightening them down. You need to use some regular black drywall/wood screws from your local hardware store. Zero pre-drilling required, awesome bite and they hold the dowels solid and secure in place so they won't spin. And the screws attach in from the rear, so once it's up and mounted, they're not seen.Awesome addition to our home gym!! Looking forward to finishing mounting today and putting it to good use!!

Now that our girls have moved to college, my husband is transforming an upstairs bedroom into his home gym. I got this Swedish ladder for him to use and he absolutely loves it! The quality is amazing for the price. My hubby is not a small guy, and this still feels very sturdy to him. It was easy to install and it feels very solid on the wall. I highly recommend this brand if you are in the market for some home gym equipment.

This review is for the Kipika Gymnastic Stall Bar - 2"x2" Swedish Ladder. I love this thing, the wooden rungs are solid wooden works of art in their own right, secured rigidly in the solid steel frame. The biggest challenge is simply finding a place to secure it to the wall once fully assembled, and finding the time to assemble it in the first place. Once that hurdle is complete, this equipment can take the place of so much individual items clogging the arteries of a gym, it has a good deal of the functionality of a power cage, including compatibility with 2x2 accessories with 1” holes. From stretching, calisthenics beginner to advanced, weightlifting, acrobatics, martial arts, gymnastics etc, there’s something the Swedish ladder can do for pretty much anyone. I like the metal pull up bar, though it could have a lot more add ons to it, since it was already breaking the mold to make it steel, like spherical grips and multi grip handholds.However, I am nitpicking, overall, this is a fantastic Swedish ladder, high quality, I love it.
