This face-down massage pillow/bed has been a true lifesaver after my eye surgery. The ergonomic design offers comfortable, adjustable support that makes it easy to maintain the recommended position without pain or strain.The face pillow is soft yet firm, allowing for easy breathing while resting face down, which is essential during recovery from vitrectomy or retinal surgery. It's also very useful as a headrest for massages or even for sleeping in that position if necessary.Easy to assemble and transport, the quality of the materials is excellent. It has made a difficult process much more bearable.Highly recommended for anyone who needs to maintain the face-down position comfortably and safely!

I had retina surgery and needed to stay face down for several days — this face-down pillow bed was a lifesaver. It’s adjustable, so I was able to find a comfortable position without straining my neck or back.The head support is soft yet firm, and it allows you to breathe easily while staying in the required position. It was also easy to assemble and feels sturdy and stable. It definitely made my recovery a lot more manageable.

Way too soft. You will smother if you try to use in bed. Cover difficult to put back on after laundering.

Pros; Item is well made and comfortable when you first place your head into the cradleCons: Within 15 minutes the weight of your head depresses the headrest to much, I did find that by placing one’s arms over your head when getting a massage rather than keeping them at your sides does helpSummary: I will not be using it that often
