    Quality is great for the function of cutting meat to fruit.Size : My invoice is for 18”x12” & I received a much smaller size (see photos)I received 15 1/2” x 10 3/4”.The Weight is good (titanium)Appearance of this piece I’m sure is perfect but as I will be sending this back for the size I paid for, I won’t be taking the blue protective peel off.

    Don't let the photo fool you...You get 1...only one. I looked al ove the information and did not see that only 1 would come.I'm disappointed. The 1 I did recieve has no protection for my counter tops.
