I definitely like this series of energy drink, pre-workout, or just to help you get through the day. I like that it's sustainable and after having my daily cup before I get my day started I don't feel dehydrated or like I'm craving more just gets me through the day I would highly recommend this to anyone that cannot have coffee or they just need a little pick me up to help their workout in the late or evening time
