I purchased this during my 3rd power outage of the year lasting over 2 hours. This is a recent issue in my area, and I couldn’t afford a gas generator or anything bigger but wanted to be prepared.Yesterday, we got hit with another storm that knocked out the power AND cell service. After about an hour, I decided to plug my router into it so I could get updates from the power company on WiFi.It was super simple to use! I had the router plugged in for a couple hours, as well as 1 table lamp, and I was at about 91% remaining by the time I got cell service back.This is a great solution that doesn’t take up much space, seems to charge and hold a charge well, and is nearly silent. It feels sturdy. I did about burn my retinas accidentally turning on the light though lol.Can be charged a couple different ways, which is great considering these times are uncertain.I plan on buying 1 or 2 more as backups since the power grid around here seems to be getting less and less reliable, and will probably buy some larger generators down the line.

We live in the Appalachian Mountains with somewhat frequent and random power outages, usually from downed trees. While we have a large generator for extended outages, this small power station works perfectly for the shorter outages we more commonly have. I'm not going to roll out a 300 pound generator and fill it with gas for a 1-2 hour outage.With this Ebossom portable power station, I can power our Starlink internet for 5-8 hours depending on the wattage it's using and whether I'm charging a phone or two in the process. This keeps us connected, able to continue working on our laptops, and allows us to be able to check on the status of our power coming back, something that we can't do without internet because we do not have cell service at our home.It amazes me how something as portable as this (roughly 11 pounds) can power several devices, especially during camping trips. While we could charge our phones in our SUV while camping, I don't like risking a dead car battery and becoming stranded somewhere without cell service. This portable power station could keep devices like our phones charged for several days, with plenty of juice left in the battery afterwards, but we typically only take 1-2 day camping trips.I haven't drained the battery all the way down yet, I've gotten it down to about 25% once, and it took a little less than an hour (55 minutes) to charge to 100% while plugged up to an AC outlet. Keep in mind that it does have fan noise when charging, but it's not excessively loud, and you can charge it in a separate room if the noise does bother you.I've never owned any comparable power stations from other brands, so I can't tell you how the Ebossom compares to others, but I can say that I'm very pleased with how this power station performs, and that it works very well for our needs. Of course, this isn't going to power anything large (or anything that uses over 300 watts) for an extended amount of time, but if you have devices like phones, laptops, internet modems that can function during power outages (like satellite internet), the power station handles these with ease. Although I haven't needed to use it yet, the included light on the handle is very bright, and will come in handy for when our power goes out in the dark.

We recently lost our power in the middle of the night. When it didn't return, I thought I'd start the generator, but then I remembered I had picked up this power station a month earlier. I plugged the power strip that powers our sound machine and my CPAP, and put a fan on it as well. It lasted through the night and I could have likely powered it all for a couple more nights, but the power eventually came back on in the morning. You do have to power on each section individually after the main power is on, so be aware of that requirement. Also, although the unit charges very quickly (a couple of hours from nothing to full), there is a very loud fan that runs continuously when charging off AC. Also, at this price point, there are other options from well known brands that you might consider first. But generally, it's a very handy unit.

(This review is for the Ebossom 300W Portable Power Station P300.)So far, this unit has proven to be as good as the claims in the advertising, providing a comprehensive 300 watt power pack. It has multiple methods to charge it, but the most commonly used will probably be a quick charge from the A/C power cord. It has multiple A/C and D/C outputs, including a 12V car accessory adapter and several USB options.The outer case seems sturdy enough for normal use indoors or out. The integrated LED light in the handle should provide enough light to use as a campsite lamp.Most of the unit's operations are automatically controlled, including, for example, running the integrated cooling fan when required.One feature I appreciate is that most ports are labelled as input or outputs, in case you don't remember which are which.I'm sure the internal batteries will wear out eventually, but the ad does state the LiPo batteries are supposed to be good for 3500+ charging cycles—which sounds to me like a long useful life.
