The media could not be loaded. Coming from a Concord Single Banjo Wok burner, I can tell for those who are fans of oriental wok cooking, that this new professional wok burner, is a game changer.The amount of heat produced, creates the perfect wok hei, giving to whatever you are cooking, the authentic oriental restaurant taste, in my case and preference, cantonese food.

Well constructed, easy to assemble. It really gets extremely hot, so it'll take some time to get used to that much heat. Primarily a wok burner, it sears vegetables very quickly. I used it with a flat skillet to sear steaks and it did that very well. Just be aware that it's many times hotter than a regular gas stove.

2nd to none! Phenomenal output. It’s the closest you’ll get to an industrial wok station in restaurants. Head over heels better and more powerful than the flimsy, poorly constructed cuisinart wok station. And for a much cheaper price. “Wok Hei" all Day!!!

I had a cheaper burner, decided to give this a try. I love cooking Asian food. This new burner was a true God’s send. I love it. Makes controlling the heat on the food a snap. My cooking improved two fold.

The Concord Professional Wok Burner delivers impressive heat output and solid cooking performance, but its assembly leaves much to be desired. The instructions for attaching the legs are misleading, and once the main unit is mounted, the base resembles a bowlegged stainless steel cart—more awkward than professional. Despite the clunky aesthetics and setup quirks, the burner itself functions well enough to earn a spot in my outdoor cooking arsenal. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done where it counts.
