Wow!! I’m am so happy with my decision to purchase the QLife racer Ebike it is amazing it goes 28 mph just like it says with ease and it barely slows on hills big hills, small hills you don’t even know are there! lol that’s how strong it is the weight is good for a Ebike the battery is the heaviest thing on the bike! I’ve yet to test the distance but that is next the horn is super loud scared me when I accidentally hit it haha! But thanks QLife for making an excellent Ebike!! And also for the price what? $604 with tax and shipping that’s awesome for a bike that handles and goes this fast!!! Love it sweet and it only took about 20 minutes to assemble everything!! Tools that are needed come with and also a small tire pump bc they leave one tire flat I’m assuming to fit the box better!

From start to finish, everything was exceptional.First off, the service was incredibly fast. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly my order was processed and mailed out. It felt like no time at all between clicking "purchase" and getting the shipping notification.As for the bike itself, my son absolutely loves it. The Racer Fat Tire E-Bike is everything we hoped for and more – the 1200W peak brushless motor and 28 MPH speed make for an exhilarating ride, and the 20x4.0 fat tires handle everything he throws at them. It's clear this is a high-quality, well-built electric mountain bike.On top of the fantastic product and lightning-fast shipping, the price was the best I found anywhere on the internet. This bike is really nice ! I bought it for my 11 year old . Easy to put together and rides nice . He did pop the tube the next day but I am not sure if maybe we didn’t put enough air in it to begin with or he hit the curb just right . Highly recommend .

We had high hopes for this e-bike and felt that it would be a good fit for our children, after less than 50 miles on the bike it has stopped working completely, mid-ride. A screw where the battery pack is located came loose and landed on the terminals and we feel that there is a short somewhere in the wiring to the motor. The lights and horn still work as does the screen but the motor has no power We have tried to return this product through Bolo but the seller specifically indicates that this is not an option and you must contact them. We called and spoke to customer service about the issue and needed to send a video/ picture of the problem. This process was started on September 4th. We received a follow up email asking for more pictures of the battery area on September 9th and have heard nothing else (September 23rd). I tried calling today and the phone went straight to leave a message. While this is an economical bike, it has turned into a $600 piece of junk sitting in our garage. This process has been frustrating for us, and very sad for our children who would just like to take their new bike for a ride. Unfortunately I would not recommend this brand to anyone with the experience that we have had. I hope to have this resolved quickly and perhaps we will be able to have a more positive outcome.

The bike got permanently stalled in shipping and they had to ship a new one, which got here very fast! Communication with the seller was excellent, very good and fast customer service. Highly recommend not only this bike but this seller as well. Bike is fantastic, gets around very fast and makes trips a breeze. Was very easy to finish the assembly!
