This product feels really high quality in the packing and ingredient list. It dissolves quickly into water and doesn't have a strong taste (the flavor is barely detectable). When mixed into water, it also doesn't have a thick consistency, so it's easy to drink. I recently started taking it and am waiting to see about the effectiveness in terms of how it impacts my body. It is a big bag filled with 180 small, travel-friendly packets of individual servings, so it will last a while.The only reason I give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because I didn't realize the ingredients contained whey. Whey is listed on the back of the package, but I didn't notice that because the non-plus versions of Theralogix Ovasitol does not contain whey and i didn't check the ingredients on this package before ordering. If you don't consume dairy or are on a plant-based/vegan diet, opt for the other formulation of this product instead.
