I bought this glass cylinder vase with the wooden base on a whim, thinking it would make a nice little accent for my coffee table—and it ended up being one of my favorite home decor pieces.First, the quality really surprised me. It is not at all flimsy like some decorative vases I’ve ordered in the past.What I love most is the versatility. I’ve used it as a bud vase with fresh flowers, but also as a hurricane candle holder with a pillar candle inside, and both setups look gorgeous. It works great as a centerpiece on a dining table or as a simple accent on a shelf. I even got compliments on it at a small dinner party!This would make a great housewarming or wedding gift, especially for someone who loves minimal, earthy aesthetics. The media could not be loaded. This vase is cheap looking and unappealing. I don't trust the thin glass or the sloppy wooden holder to keep anything steady. Adding pebbles for weight or adhering the glass vase to the wood base could help make this vase work. The style of this vase partially fails because of its size; had the vase been smaller, there would be less need for steadiness. It is not sturdy as the base does not properly secure the flimsy glass vase. This is something I would expect to see at a dollar store, and even then I wouldn't buy it. The work I will have to put in to fix this vase is not worth the money of purchasing it in the first place.Buyer Beware!

This is a gorgeous vase with an included stand. The glass is a bit thin and may be prone to breaking easily, but as long as you are careful with it, it seems to be of good quality and makes for a really nice display piece. I am using this to grow an alocasia semi-hydroponically in LECA balls - it is perfect for this use! It's just the right size to hold the plant, and it looks beautiful seeing the clay balls and roots through the glass. This would make a beautiful vase, as well.

I was looking for a small unique vase that did not cost too much and this vase fit the bill. I like the fact that it sits on a wooden base which is the unique touch. I normally like a darker wood, but this lighter wood is fine too. The glass vase is lightweight so I worry that when I put a heavy bunch of flowers it may tilt, but the wooden base should add the stability it needs. Overall, it is a pretty vase.

This is a gorgeous vase with an included stand.
