It works great. I’ve checked some other brands and none were having better customer reviews. Roborock doesn’t leave an inch without vacuuming/mopping. It goes in to any area and comes without stuck. The app is super easy and friendly to map and choose different cleaning options. It has many settings which are useful for the best capable. Easy to clean and replace the parts. It is intelligent enough to identify the floor types and take necessary actions. The suction power can be increased for carpet floors.

This review is for the Qrevo S5V. What an amazing piece of technology. Took mins to set up from the box. Added water and used quick map. Took about 10 mins to map my whole first floor. Very accurate and the map and the app is very good and easy to use.This robot is amazing. It cleans better than I ever have. Drives around like an expert of my rooms and furniture. The vacuum is very strong and doesn’t miss anything. The mop is also very good and cleans itself well. One thing I wish they did was make it so I can schedule one room to be only vacuumed (highest setting) and then it to be able to do it separately after during the same custom scheduled clean. Maybe it’s possible idk but I just have a scheduled deep mop after the first full clean. I do this for the cats litter room. Either way, this is life changing.I have it set to vacuum the whole first floor every afternoon and then a full vacuum and mop early in the am before everyone wakes up. Never have to sweep or mop. House stays constantly clean.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We chose this vacuum over its competitors due to the functionality and ease of use.This product has both vacuum and mopping features.Vacuum: The suction of the vacuum is amazing. It took a few days to fully map the house and is now the best worker in the family. When cleaning, it will return to the dock to empty the bin and immediately get back out there to finish the job. Mopping: The base has two compartments; clean and dirty mop water. I fill the clean water every other day due to having large pups and mostly wood and tile floors. I am amazed at the dirty water that in the bin after just two days. Must be doing the job right! It even washes and spin dries the 2 mop heads. Setup: Super easy setup. WiFi was a breeze to connect and the vacuum was fully assembled. Maintenance: super easy to detangle items from the roller brush as it is rubber and easy to remove. The mop pads are attached via Velcro and are machine washable.We have had this machine for one month and continue to be amazed at its thoroughness, functionality, and speedy charge.

I have had several Roomba vacuums over the years but branched out last year and got a mop/vac from Roborock. It has been great. It vacuums well and the dragging mop pad certainly helps keep the floors cleaner, but it is not a true mop. So this Prime Day I bought another Roborock, this one, wanting the swirling mop pads. I am not disappointed at all. I let this new one take over the job of the first, and moved that one to take over for the Roomba I still have. The Roborock vacs learn fast and the mapping is great. They seem to be stronger than the Roomba and the floor feels much better after they cycle, even just on a vac run. They simply do a better job. The Roomba I have is only a few years old and one of the higher models with the collection tower, so not some cheaper model that I would expect to easily be beat. The mapping and running is much better than the Roomba. They are so much more gentle and do not run into anything like the Roomba likes to do. I will continue to buy Roborock in the future. I have not had one issues with them, compared to the Roomba that would sometimes have connection problems and a nonexistent clog that would keep it from doing a run. I keep them clean and maintained but only the Roomba ever needs extra special attention. I have dogs so each system runs at least a vacuum run each day during the week. I recently found out you can add cleaning solution to the mop water and I'm excited to add that and see how that works. The two apps are both nice and the Roborock I would say is more complicated but it has more features and abilities. Setting it up and running is not difficulty overall, just not as easy as the lower feature Roomba app. One thing the Roborock app let's you do over the Roomba is drive the unit yourself. It also has a point and go option to hit a particular spot instead of doing a complete run. I don't use it much but the feature is nice to have. Another thing I found with the Roborock app is you can add pet bowls, beds, and cages on the map and have the unit clean in those areas more than the rest of the room. As a pet owner I really appreciate that.

I named my robot Jag.Jag is smart enough to avoid stairs, navigate around my pets, and despite the fact that transparent objects seem to be invisible to Jag, he will adjust his map accordingly after bumping into them a few times. Setting up separate maps for upstairs and downstairs was easy, and while he needs help getting between floors, you don’t have to move the dock.He hasn’t gotten stuck yet and always finds his way back to the dock. Jag does have a hard time with small bathmats. He can’t seem to clean them because they keep slipping around the floor. I have started removing bath mats before having him clean bathrooms.It’s also pretty cool that you can pull up a map of your house and select just a small area where you dropped something. He will go to the area, clean just that part and go back to the dock.He’s a bit loud, but there’s a quieter, slower mode. Battery life is solid—he cleans my whole house and still has 70% left, even on max suction.

Eu queria um modelo que limpasse bem o chão, com esfregão, e também fosse eficiente com tapete. Esse robô desempenha estas funções de forma muito satisfatória. Seu mapeamento é muito bom e executa as tarefas de forma autônoma. Claro, você precisa preparar a casa, removendo os tapetes atoalhados, cabos e calçados. O aplicativo é fácil de operar, mas recomendo o uso de um tablet para ajustar o mapa com isolamento de zonas definição de áreas proibidas. Monitoro do trabalho onde ele está e se executou a rotina programada para o dia. Tudo muito prático.O único problema é que você não encontra o líquido de limpeza de pisos em canais oficiais de venda da Robock no Brasil.Recomendo que você faça o mapeamento só depois que vocês escolher o lugar da base. Caso contrário perderá o mapeamento ao reposicionar a base. Em espelhos ele tende a não detectar a barreira, quando o espelho for próximo do chão (altura das canelas). Nada de crítico, mas pode criar zonas irreais no mapa. Se puder, no mapeamento inicial do ambiente, recomendo cobrir os espelhos perto do chão. O mapa ficar melhor.

Quise utilizarla por un tiempo antes de dar una opinión que realmente fuera de ayuda para los demás. Llevo 5 meses usando este robot diariamente, definitivamente valió la pena, me ha sido de gran ayuda el que limpie mis pisos diariamente mientras yo estoy ocupada en otras cosas o incluso en la noche mientras dormimos y es muy agradable despertar y que este limpio. Totalmente recomendable.
