I really like the flavor of these gummies, but I was made aware by a physician that the amount of actual ACV is so small that one bottle of gummies is equivalent to one serving of actual vinegar. I take them at the same time I take my gummy vitamins, so I have a handful of gummies for a snack or dessert.

These actually taste wayyy too good. Serving size is 2 . Took them first thing in morning with light meal daily. Very effective appetite suppression, I don't feel they made me regular though had to add more fiber to my diet. Definitely a good weight loss option .

Either you love the taste and smell of apple cider vinegar, or you don't like the taste and smell of apple cider vinegar. If you "love" it, then you will love these gummies. If you don't care for the taste and smell then you will "tolerate" these gummies.Overall the gummies have a good consistency and a good mouth feel. They are easy to chew and easy to swallow. There is nothing objectionable abut them, but you know they contain apple cider vinegar as soon as you take the top off.It's nice that they also contain pomegranate and beet power -- both of these are a nice thing to add to your daily supplement collection. And it's nice that they are manufactured by a small business and are vegan friendly, Non GMO and Gluten free. But there is nothing mentioned about where the ingredients are sourced from or when the product is actually manufactured. So if you have sensitivities and/or allergies to e.g. nuts, soy, dairy, etc. your should probably check a little deeper before ingesting these gummies. For everyone else, if you like apple cider vinegar, you will probably love these gummies.
