So let me start there.I bought this for my son previously was on boost and the get the worse signal imaginable. If you have ATT and T-Mobile and think that’s bad try boost.So with that said I bought this plan thought what the heck cheaper and more data and it’s for a year and I can have Verizon towers. Now I can’t speak of quality of service just yet but I can speak of customer support. Yes you won’t get someone on the phone. You will get responses on email might take several hours but you will. For the price you are paying you HAVE to accept that and again have patience.Back to my high rating. So the moment I got port out and account number from boost the very next morning my sons phone was off. Now after several calls they told me that day just coincidentaly fell in line of the end of the month. Yet all my bank transactions to pay would say otherwise. Yes I know sometimes a bank takes a couple days to take funds but after 3 years would they really wait 3 days to disperse funds? So my next point is even if there argument was true they turned it off a day early by their own admission. So there is that which only exasperated the situation. Not only that they told me I have 4 days to port out so I took that at the time that’s when MY SERVICE WOULD END and that aligns with what I thought and bills etc. Nope was not the case. So I had received several wrong accounts and lo and behold it eclipses the “4” days I was told. So not only did my son have no service they were giving me wrong account numbers. So being frustrated as any parent would be I said ok let’s just get a new number. Well once your sim is set for port out it cannot be un done. Ok so I ordered another sim. Called boost and went on a tirade like I am now. Needless to say one day after getting the new sim my sons phone is now active with his original number. Because despite what you are told it’s 90 days to port out.I bought the Verizon year plan and yeah there are delays and what not but you HAVE to understand from their end something I learned along this process and learned a valuable lesson moving forward. Those that are scared because of the low “rating” don’t let that deter you. Now if service becomes an issue I will update my review. But before I purchased all the negative was on customer support. I will close with this. If this service works for my son I will become a customer myself and we will continue to use them moving forward.

    Well, the service made me jump through every hoop. The registration via internet was a no-go, they blamed this on “system maintenance”. I then called the toll-free number and no answer. I then went to online chat and, you guessed it - no answer. They called about 4 hours later, and told me I would receive registration via email. Once I followed the instructions in the email - no-go. Called the toll free number, had me reinsert the SIM -no go. THEN, after all this told me it takes SAMSUNG phones 4 - 24 hours to connect to the network (that’s not a thing, folks). I will wait 24 hours and call them tomorrow- they’ll likely attempt to blame the phone, but that’s a no-go as well (my primary phone’s SIM works just fine in it. Will update in 24 hours, since I already know how this is going to go).UPDATE: Infimobile was unable to make this phone work on the Verizon Network, I spent 5 hours with support the next day doing various things. They got to the point where they advised me to watch out for email correspondence regarding the issues. They did send out an email 5 hours later, saying they were still “working on it”.By this time, Bolo had generously accepted a return of the SIM, and I ordered another for the T-Mobile Network.The T-Mobile SIM arrived today, I installed it in the phone, following their instructions, and Voila! The device was up and running in less than 5 minutes.Just be advised that some phones may not run on the Verizon Network, and there’s literally nothing they can do about it - and actually, it’s not their fault (although they should understand how some phone models cannot be provisioned to the Verizon Network).Even though I have to give a one star rating in this particular case, I’ll be giving a 5 star rating for their ease in connecting the phone to the T-Mobile Network.FYI - phone was a Galaxy S9 that I used years ago, and decided I would give it a year of new life. It’s running great now. Thanks again to Bolo for accepting the return and expediting funds to my Bolo account so that I could still take advantage of Infimobile’s amazing offer.

    I am getting this infimobile prepaid plan as a backup cell service. With the current promotion, it's a steal to get a one-year cell plan for 60 dollars. The infimobile offers Verizon-based and T-Mobile-based plans. I've had problems with Verizon before. So, I opt for the T-Mobile-based plan. I received the SIM card, downloaded their apps, and activated the card. I don't port my cell phone number as this is my backup cell phone. In under 5 minutes, I'm up and running with their assigned new phone number. That's quite a smooth procedure. I take one point out as the $60/year phone plan does not include hotspot data.

    This is a great deal. The service uses T-Mobile's network and speed goes above 100mbps on speedtest. Activation needs a phone that supports physical sim. Porting in my number took less than 10 minutes to complete.After activating, e-sim replacement costs $7 plus service charges and tax ($2 sim + $5 service fee). This is ok if you do it once considering the price of the plan.5GB is good enough for my needs, especially Apple carplay. I have premium Spotify and Youtube. Carplay audio streaming doesn't consume a lot of data, so I should be good. 2500mins per month is over 41 hours of call. 2500mins of sms is more than enough as well considering iMessage or RCS is prevalent. All this for the about $5 a month.

    Per the product instructions before I purchased I went to the company website to verify my device was compatible and it said Yes - compatible. Once I received the SIM card and tried to activate it then said No my device wasn’t compatible. Tried this several times then I called their customer service line and they verified No my device is not compatible. iPad mini 6 cellular which I’ve used a different SIM card in for years. infimobile appears to be a scam - beware.
