This indoor grill exceeded my expectations. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and the temperature control makes it easy to grill everything from veggies to steaks perfectly. The griddle and grill plates are truly non-stick and super easy to clean, a quick rinse and they’re spotless.I love its versatility: it works great for Korean BBQ, breakfast pancakes, or even melting cheese in the included raclette pans. The smokeless design keeps the kitchen clean, and its compact size makes it perfect for small spaces or apartment cooking.Overall, an excellent value, powerful, easy to use, and ideal for everyday grilling and entertaining indoors.

The media could not be loaded. This grill is easy to use and heats fast. I like that it has a grill and flat plate, so I can cook meat, veggies, and eggs. The non-stick plates clean easy and come off for washing. It does not make much smoke, good for inside use. The small pans for cheese are fun to use too. Good size, cooks food even, and worth the price.

I was skeptical of this until I got it. It works quite well. We just use the grill feature as the griddle isnt flat, so you can use it for pancakes and eggs. (which would be great) The kebabs we made were some of the best we've made. But Im dont know how well a steak of chicken breast would do since I havent tried either. (Yet) The quality is not bad, but not great either. I can see its not going to last for 10 years. The little raclette trays are a bit silly. I cant imagine using them for much and I am tempted to toss them. But you never know, there may be some killer use for them out there. Overall, Im pleased and would recommend it.

This does not cook food well. It took 45 minutes to cook chicken tenders. I missed the return window by 1 day so I am stuck with it but will not use it again. I used to have an indoor grill and it worked great but this is not at all like it. If you want a real indoor grill that cooks your food in a reasonable time frame, this is not the one for you.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this indoor grill since I was home alone for the 4th of July and didn’t feel like the hassle of using the outdoor grill, but still wanted some bbq! It worked perfectly for my hot dogs, brats and steak kabob. It heats more in the middle than on the very edge of both sides. If you are cooking on the grill rather than the nonstick griddle pan it comes with, you will need to clean out the grease catchers (crisping pans) as you cook or else it catches fire! That caught me off guard but also created a crisp on some of the food that is usually only offered on an outdoor grill! Haha!! I just blew out the fire and cleaned the drip pans (aka, the crisper pans) and kept going! Overall, it worked perfectly fine for me and created the simplest grilling experience I’ve ever had compared to any outdoor grill! I can’t wait to use it again to grill my chicken breast and whatever else I decide to make!! I didn’t choose this item for the good reviews as I usually would, I chose it because it was a low price, and of the few that I could get same day delivery!! I ordered it on the evening of July 3rd, and it came the morning of July 4th! Perfect timing and I was so glad it still came on a holiday!! So grateful for Bolo flex allowing people to pick up hours on the holiday.

Kind of disappointing to be honest. There are a lot of accessories and the metal seems to be decent quality, but it is a bit small. The main problem is that the heat is still too low for even grilling some skewers. It's not easy to clean as well, takes quite a bit of elbow grease to get the grease and grill grime off the grates. It does work, but takes forever to thoroughly cook everything.

Makes family dinners more interactive and fun!
This indoor grill is perfect for raclette nights with the family. I just prep a bunch of meat, cheese, and vegetables in advance, and we all sit around and cook our meal together. I do wish that it came with a flat surface for making pancakes, but otherwise I am happy with the construction of it. It is easy to put together. The raclettes work great for melting cheese to pour onto your other cooked food. Honestly, I feel this is a fun addition for any kitchen and works great!
