I purchased this DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI while my wife was on vacation because I wanted to keep our home clean without the hassle of hiring a maid. Between my demanding job and limited free time, I needed an automated solution, and this robot vacuum has doing a wonderful job for me.The setup was straightforward, though I did spend some time mapping our house to ensure optimal navigation. Once that was done, the vacuum took over effortlessly. I schedule cleanings overnight, so I wake up every morning to spotless floors no more worrying about dust or dirt piling up. The 18,000Pa suction power is impressive, easily handling both carpets and hard floors, while the mopping function leaves tiles gleaming.What really sets this robot apart is its self-cleaning system. The hot water mop washing ensures deep sanitization, and the automatic solution dispensing and hot air-drying keeps everything hygienic and ready for the next use. The self-emptying dustbin is another huge plus, minimizing maintenance.Yes, it’s pricey, but the convenience and performance make it worth every penny. If you’re looking for a hands-off way to maintain a clean home, look no further. My wife will be thrilled to come back to such a tidy house thanks to this little robotic helper!

The media could not be loaded. I've been searching for a robot vacuum and mop combo for a few months now and this ended up being the 2nd one that I bought and probably the only one that I will keep. This is by far the most advanced robot and vacuum I have used. I was impressed from the beginning by it's ability to map out my home accurately. Right out of the box, the set-up was seamless and intuitive. The mapping of my home took about 10 minutes for my 1700+ sqft home. Immediately after the mapping, it set off for it's first cleaning. First big difference I noticed was how quiet the motors were compared to previous vacuums that I have owned. The second thing I noticed is that is how smart it is. The vacuum is able to tell when you are on hardwood in which case the mop spinners are lowered and mop after the vacuum and when it is on rugs in which case the mop spinners are raised to avoid mopping on rugs. The spinning seems rather strong and able to get stains off my hardwood floor. The suction is also extremely effective at picking up debris. Finally, I am impressed by its ability to store weeks of debris and self-clean the mop. I'm thoroughly happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.

I’ve had the ECOVACS DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly blown away. I’ve used a few robot vacuums in the past, but this one is in a completely different league.First of all, the suction power is incredible—18,000Pa is no joke. It picks up everything from dust to pet hair with ease, and I’ve noticed a big difference in how clean the house feels, especially in high-traffic areas.What really sets it apart, though, is the mopping system. The OZMO roller and the self-washing feature are game-changers. I used to hate cleaning mop pads, but now the robot takes care of that itself using hot water at 167°F, which makes me feel better about hygiene too. The auto cleaning solution feature is also super convenient—it adds the right amount without me having to guess or measure.The hot air-drying feature is another level of thoughtful. No more musty mop smell!Setup was surprisingly easy, and the app is user-friendly. It mapped my house quickly and lets me customize cleaning zones, which is great for skipping rooms or targeting specific spots. It navigates seamlessly around furniture and the dual laser Lidar mapping ensures accurate and efficient cleaning paths every time. The mopping function is where this robot truely shines. With the ozmo roller system and hot water mop washing, the mop stays clean during every run. No more dragging around dirty water . The instant self washing, auto cleaning solution adding and hot air drying leave your floors fresh , spotless and sanitized. The self emptying dustbin and all in one Omni station make this a truely hands free decide . The app is intuitive offering detailed customization for cleaning zones , schedules and preferences.
The app / software makes it useless. Sadly.
Mops and vacuums well. But the app is the most bugged thing ever. Throwing error codes that doesn’t make sense and then it turns off everything when entering the docking station and goes offline. Now I spent 3 hours trying to reconnect it. But it simply won’t, so it’s pretty much useless now. Used it for 4 days, now have to return it. Sad cause it cleaned well. Could live with the app being bad, but when its not working at all 👎

No estaba muy segura de adquirir esta marca de aspiradora robot, hoy la recibí y la puse a aspirar, tal cual las indicaciones de la aplicació, la cual es muy amigable. Hizo un excelente trabajo, con una aspiración media. Una de las cosas que me llamó la atención, es su bajo nivel de ruido, es muy silenciosa. No la he puesto a mopear el piso porque estoy en espera del líquido especial, pero estoy casi segura que hará un buen trabajo. La estación es de buen tamaño junto con los botes de agua limpia y sucia; la estación de limpieza es diferente a las de Roborock y Dreame, con un sistema más “rudo” para limpiar las mopas, las cuales están más esponjosas. Es delgada y cabe perfectamente debajo de los muebles bajos y las camas.No trae repuestos, habrá que conseguirlos en Bolo.Me gustó mucho el trabajo que hizo, la recomiendo al 100%, esto es porque es la 4ta. Aspiradora que compro, las otras no me gustaron, eran ruidosas, el desplazamiento no era tan exacto como Ecovacs Deebot T50 Pro Omni.Si hubiera algún cambio, regresaré a comentarlo.
What a let down
Carpet cleaning is good, hard floors are okay. Mopping is also good. But everything else is a big letdown. It gets stuck sometimes in the dark (it doesn’t have a light in the front). It can’t seem to dock properly in the dark and wanders about the whole house until it shuts down at some random location in your home. Battery run time is bad and charging it up takes so long. There is no “just mop” feature; it’s either mop and vac, vacuum only, or mop after vacuum. All in all I would give it 2 stars for its mopping performance.

الجهاز لازم تنظفه كل يوم او يومين وياخذ وقت. طبعا لازم تغير القطع الي فيه كل فترة، يعني خساير اكثر، وكله يعلق في اي شي ومايطلع فوق ٢ سانتي، على هالسعر والله مايستاهل
