It did take about a month before I saw any change but it works! I use it daily!

After just one dose, feeling more like myself and slept better with less hot flashes. Fingers crossed. I also recommend taking berberine supplements to help with metabolic symptoms

I have not been using this product for very long in this particular case. I have used several other Olly products for some time. So I am still deciding how well this Mellow Menopsuse works. I do like it and feel I have noticed some improvement. It arrived the way I expected it would. So I am satisfied so far.

I was hoping this would work for me but it gave me horrible heartburn and stomach pains. I had to stop using it after the 5th day.

I’m sure these work great for most women, just not for me. I bought them because the ratings were so good.I tried them for 4 months, and I couldn’t tell a difference at all. I had a hysterectomy a year ago, and have tried MANY different pills, lotions, creams, etc.The only thing that might’ve made a difference is the hot flashes. They might’ve decreased from 10 a day to 9. I would give a one star because they didn’t work for me, but I know my body and most pills, supplements and remedies just DON’T do what they’re supposed to with ME. So I rated in the middle to be fair.And I got so tired of trying all of these (practically) “guaranteed to work” menopause supplements- that I finally just got prescribed bioidentical HRT.
