When I started these, a few hours later I would get intense stomach pains reminiscent of being hungry but in a target spot. This pain would last for about 20 minutes and be a 3 or 4 out of 10 on a pain scale. I thought perhaps my body was getting used to it so I stuck it out for about 3 weeks. Same issue every day I took these.I discontinued use for about 1 week and the pains went away. The serving recommendation is 2 capsules so I dropped down to 1 just to see what happened and the same pain occurred, though much less severe (2 out of 10 at most) but the same result where it occurs hours later.Needless to say, I've thrown these in the trash. The stomach pain that comes with ingesting these was just too concerning to continue use. Be cautioned on this one.
