I had to look at how you position the main body of it and if you adjust it at a angle because the part that goes inside your ear will fit better inside. The piece that goes around your ear is a bit flimsy but once you adjust or orient the Bluetooth device at a angle it'll feel more secure. He sound is loud you don't want it too loud. I'm not use to having things around my neck, wrists or ears but I KNOW for certain I'ma sleep with this Bluetooth on I LIKE IT. Thank you vendor.

Ear piece is very comfortable even when wearing continuously for 4-5 hours. Sound quality is slightly distorted during voice call but not noticeable to the extent of distracting from conversation. The microphone and its noise cancelling were not effective enough to block background voices or sounds in a typical coffee shop. I will continue searching for a Bluetooth headphone that both fits comfortably and has good voice isolation.

Excellent sound quality and battery life. The only thing I would change is the piece that fits over your ear to make it secure could be made of a harder material, which would make it more secure.

I can't say the sound is too clear, and people can't hear me clearly either. The battery is okay though.After that, I bought four more directly from China (and paid $10 total btw), their quality is the same, one of them is actually way better.

Works perfectly. Others were having a hard time hearing me on our phone calls. Since I started using this bluetooth ear piece, no one has complained about not being able to hear me.

Takes a bit to connect and has to pair each time. Have to adjust the sound everytime a call comes in. Some feedback comes through when on a call.
