I cleaned off some dirty hand oils from my sofa armrests. Then I tackled bathtub and tile grooves. Although you still have to work at it, it lifted off dirt that I previously gave up on, having tried many different cleaning solutions and tools, including an electric scrubber with tile grout cleaning attachment.I noticed that there is one negative review complaining that the steamer only reaches 110 degrees. I believe this reviewer was probably from the U.S. and is using the imperial measurement system. At 110 degrees F, the steamer would not even come close to producing steam. My unit steamed just fine, and many other reviewers here have left reviews with comments about their unit steaming. 110 degrees Celsius converts to 230 degrees Fahrenheit, so it looks like the unit is specified 10% over what is needed, and there will be some room for product degradation that comes with wear/aging. Water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit/100 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the cup that comes with the unit measures in ml, so I believe the 110 degrees specification is for Celsius.

I’ll be honest — I’ve never used a steam cleaner before, but I was so excited to try this one out, and it did not disappoint! Right out of the box, it was super easy to set up, even for someone like me who isn't very handy. The instructions were clear, and all the 9 accessories were labeled and easy to attach. Watching the steam lift off dirt and grease felt so satisfying. I especially loved not having to use harsh chemicalsThe safety lock feature made me feel more secure while using it, and the steam power was stronger than I expected from such a compact device. It even got rid of some old stains on my couch!As a first-time user, I’m thrilled with this purchase and now I feel like a cleaning pro. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this handheld steam cleaner really surprised me! It’s super easy to use and heats up fast. I love that it comes with a bunch of accessories. I’ve used it on my bathroom tiles, kitchen counters, and even the car seats. The steam is powerful enough to cut through grime without needing any chemicals. That’s what I was most excited about!! The size is ideal for the work I got it for. The safety lock is a nice feature too, especially with kids around. The water tank lasts a decent amount of time for small jobs. Overall, it’s made cleaning a lot quicker and more satisfying. Definitely recommend if you want an easy way to deep clean around the house!

THIS STEAMER IS WELL MADE, SOLID, EASY TO USE. It worked flawlessly right from the start and the accessories were a welcome surprise. It's a keeper. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It's nice to see a product that functions properly and is sturdy.

I've used steam cleaners for about ten years now. I use them for deep cleaning, disinfecting and shining surfaces like faucets and granite countertops. I found this machine to be lackluster at best.First off, the instruction Manuel says (this is verbatim) "As for safe consideration, the steam cleaner we design can only reach to 110 degrees which to avoid being hurt when you use them at high temperature. Not recommend for deeply cleaning due to the design of 110 degrees only."When I used it, I could tell that it didn't reach over 110 degrees. It didn't work as well at tackling things like our sliding glass door. It was more like hitting it with a blast of lukewarm water. In fact, I could place my hand in front of the steam without getting burned. Yes, I know it's a safety feature but in my mind it defeats the purpose of cleaning with steam.Another tip from the Manuel states (once again verbatim) "Please don't unplug the power for the steam cleaner if you need long time use. Unplug the power intermittently that will take a long time to wait it heating again. In order for the good experience of usage, please read these tips carefully."Not exactly sure what that is supposed to mean. In addition, the description on the web site says it has a 350 ml tank but you only use 280 ml of water. The instruction Manuel says to use only 250 ml of water.Overall, just not impressed with this product.
