It was super easy to install on the wall, and the Bluetooth connection synced instantly with my phone. The light-up targets and rhythmic beats really make it feel like you're in a game — even my kids are hooked!What I love most is how it combines reflex training with cardio in a fun way. I use it in the mornings before work and sometimes during quick breaks. My kids treat it like a game, and I love that it keeps them active. Some people may say it's small but I think it's an appropriate size. I like that it includes extra Velcro strips so if you have a household with people of different heights, you can set it up to move it up and down by setting different Velcro strips.I must have misunderstood the phone part, it's only blue tooth, no app, but it still works well. The quality seems to be sufficient, just take your time with learning how hard to hit it. If you don't hit it hard enough, it won't register but of course you don't want to hit it too hard that you might break it.I also didn't realize that the board gets charged via type-C, and then you can use it wirelessly, I thought it had to be plugged in the entire time to use it, so that was an extra feature that was nice to be surprised by...The board has speed, modes, and volume. With the speed/tempo, you can set it to a default speed but it will change as soon as you hit it so if you are playing a song and the tempo isn't quite in sync, just get it close enough and then time your hits to fit the tempo of the song and it will follow.The instructions aren't super great at explaining how to change modes/speed/volume but it's not too difficult to figure out by playing around with it.I had purchased a different set of gloves because I didn't realize this came with some, but honestly, these gloves are more comfortable than the other set I bought. So the board looks good, easy to mount, easy to operate, fun to play, good workout. I recommend it for sure, especially for the price!

Got this for my kids and they're obsessed! It lights up, plays music, and turns boxing into a game, which means they're moving around instead of glued to a screen all day.Setup was simple. Stuck it to the wall with the adhesive strips that came with it and holds up good. The gloves that came with it have an adjustable strap so it fits all 3 of them including the older one who's 16yrs old so its a win win.

I absolutely love this smart boxing machine! It’s a fantastic way to get in a full-body workout while improving reflexes and coordination. The LED lights make it super engaging, and the Bluetooth connection with the app adds a fun tech twist. Setup was easy, and it came with everything I needed—including gloves and a charger. It’s great for both kids and adults, and I’ve found myself using it daily as a fun way to relieve stress and help with daily life stress!!! The battery life is very long! I felt a little clumsy at first until I got the hang of it! I so recommend this for anyone looking to make fitness more fun and stress relieving!!!!

Awesome for a workout. Fun boxing machine, the music and lights keep me motivated to do it. And it works very well! Sticks the the wall with Velcro and can be moved to different areas. Takes up no space at all, can set it to the height as I was! I just put it away when I’m not using it and have a picture over the Velcro. The pads are soft and don’t hurt at all. Absolutely great.

My son and daughter LOVE this machine. My 4 year kid and 2 year old an easily do it. There is different modes like slow, and super fast, also can just let the music play in the background and the kids just dance to it. High quality, gloves come with it, velcro for the wall also !
