The suction strength is unprecedented to any other hand held vacuum I have ever used, and I have had A LOT!I was really happy with my purchase and then it suddenly stopped working. I was 5 days past the date of being able to return it, so figuring I really had no recourse other than leaving a negative review because of how unhappy I was, that's what I did.Fast forward then to me receiving a message from the company stating how sorry they were and that they would be happy to send me a new one ASAP! This in itself would've made me very happy and given me back all the faith I'd lost with my non-working item, but I just have to speak of the customer service in which I received. This wasn't one of those copy and paste letters, this was a personal letter to me and what had happened and filled with numerous apologies stating how that's not how they wanted me to feel about it as well as that's not how THEY wanted to be thought about.I wrote that I would be happy with that resolution and they immediately sent out the replacement.I had bought a replacement in the meantime (which was NOTHING like this one and the strength of it), so now I have my awesome little vacuum back and fortunately for me/unfortunately for the store I bought the other one from, I will be returning it and back to having this one as my favorite!It's not super often companies stand by their product and their customers, but I could not even come close to stating how happy I am and I will forevermore be a loyal customer of theirs. Thank you so much!!So, if I was leaving a review about this vacuum YESTERDAY, I would be giving 5 stars & singing its absolute praises! Buuuut... Today, my rating is a 0. Today it just totally decided to stop working. I was using it and for the first time, it started sounding a bit sluggish, but I thought 'no big deal', maybe I had just used it extra today and it needed to be put on the charger. So, I put it on the charging stand and about 3 hours later, I go to grab it for my little ones crumbs and it won't turn on, won't do anything. And my return date?? May 4, which I'm 5 days past now. I tried the troubleshooting solutions as well, and still nothing.I am really upset, because I feel like this just truly isn't fair. I've had it this short of a time and now it's basically a paperweight and I have no recourse of action. If I dropped it or did something to damage it, then that would be one thing, but I take good care of my things and it hadn't been dropped (at least not yet).If the company reaches out and does the right thing by me, I will be sure to edit my review and as I said, 'sing its praises'. We were going to order one for the downstairs, but until I know how/if this company stands by their customers, I'll be holding off on that, and if they do nothing to rectify this, I'll have to choose to buy one from another company (which I'm REALLY hoping isn't the case, because I really liked this vacuum)!

Better than what I expected, GREAT suction power for such a little vacuum. Love that they provide an extra filter also. Very easy to dump and clean out. The only reason why I gave it a 4star rating, was because it did not come with a outlet plug to charge, the picture shows one included with everything. It does have the USB charger, but you have to provide your own outlet plug.

I’ve been using this handheld cordless vacuum cleaner for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly the best for quick cleanups in my car. The suction power is fantastic, and strong enough to pick up both large debris and fine dust.I really appreciate the 25-minute runtime, which is more than enough for my car, and the 3-hour charging time isn’t too bad considering how fast it powers up. The included flat nozzle, flexible hose, and brush nozzle are great additions, making it versatile for dry and wet messes alike.Overall, I’m really happy with the performance and convenience this vacuum provides for keeping my car spotless!
