Bought this cart for weekend cookouts at home. The griddle is spacious enough for about 10-12 meats and heats well. The double fryer baskets are perfect for frying up chicken and fries. Looks very professional and is easy to clean.I was a little hesitant at first after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m really glad I went for it. Most of the complaints seemed to be about shipping damage or people cranking the heat under the griddle up too high, which can cause the griddle to warp.Assembly instructions could have been more clear but the assembly was very straightforward and took me about 25 min or so. Once set up, it feels like a full outdoor kitchen because finding a griddle and fryer combo for this price is a game changer.I’ve used it at two events already, and our guests loved the food and the setup. It’s made my life a lot easier when cooking for big groups. Highly recommend for anyone who takes outdoor cooking seriously.

We were excited to get this outdoor cook station. The box arrived with no dings, cuts, dents, or holes in the box, however once we opened it, we immediately started to question the quality. It could have used more internal protection/foam as just about every part had a dent or ding in it. The instructions - two pages with drawings, were all crinkled up and stuffed in the side of box like fill paper. We have included many photos, but here is a recap: most of it is made from a thin gauge stainless steel. The fry tank had unfinished spot welds in corners. Other spot welds left gaps. The frame was riddled with dents and was not square. The fry tank cover does not fit over or in the tank and therefore has no means of staying in place and could slide off if bumped. Two screws were missing, so we couldn't install the bottom fry rack rung. Worst, the gas connection was bent and looks too unsafe to operate with possible leak fracture, so we didn't even fire it up. It does have great caster wheels that lock and went together pretty easily once we straightened out one of the square tube leg holes. Overall, very disappointed.

I used it to give it a try and is working pretty good except is hard to clean. Since I am a small person, I need someone to help me to take them out and move them for clean. The instruction is okay. The cleaning is the hard part. Over all is a good item for party/holiday gathering.

We wanted to upgrade our outdoor kitchen a bit and figured the griddle would be a nice addition. Since we can move it in and out of the garage, we don't have to worry about weather hitting it. Looks really nice and was ready to go. Churro time!
