Tate's is a favorite treat, so rich and crunchy, and figured "soft baked" would rise to Tate's standard also. Not so. Mushy cookie had a somewhat raw taste and mouth feel. Happily rushing back to munch other Tate's crunchy varieties, especially Chocolate Chip with Walnuts...sublime!
