Súper encantada con este horno, lo compré en marzo y es fantástico que tenga las dos funciones electrónica y a carbón, aún no e usado a carbón que ya lo aré en algún momento, lo uso eléctrico y en los días de lluvia no me pierdo de tener pizza, al inicio si fue un poco frustrante ya que no tiene un termómetro donde ver la temperatura, ahora me ayudó con un termómetro láser y un temporizador para marcar el tiempo, si este aparato trajera esto sería perfecto, mis pizzas salen increíbles en 2 minutos, claro hay que tomar en cuenta el tipo de harina que usas porque según eso tienen que poner la temperatura, yo uso harina Caputo roja, azul y la sémola para ayudar a que no se pegue las pizzas a la piedra, al inicio las cocía en el momento pero pero toma tiempo y no puedes disfrutar con los demás a la vez, en mi casa encantados tanto como mis invitados cuando hacemos reuniones, hoy hago las pizzas un día antes y las coso ya incluyendo la salsa de tomate les pongo algo que cubra la parte redonda interna para que solo levante los orillos y no se tosté el centro, una ves frías las relleno y las pongo en bolsa ziploc y las meto en el refrigerador, al día siguiente las saco y las pongo en este horno ya precalentado a 500 por un minuto y a la mesa como si se hubiera echo todo al instante, parece de pizzería italiana artesanal se ven tan hermosas, muchas gracias lo estamos disfrutando tanto

So awesome! Once it’s heated it takes like 1 minute to make a pizza. I didn’t know you couldn’t do both electric and wood pellet at the same time. But the pellet wasn’t hard to manage and it is a great size to store!

"I really want to give this a full five stars because it's built so well! The construction is excellent, and both the electric and pellet functions work exactly as designed. We used it for the first time this weekend, and the pizza turned out fantastic.The only downside is that the pellet feeder is located in the back, which can be difficult to access if the oven is placed on a countertop. We have an outdoor kitchen with plenty of counter space, but reaching back to feed the pellets is a bit inconvenient. However, this isn't an issue when using the electric fuel source.Overall, it's a great product with outstanding performance—just something to keep in mind if you plan to use pellets regularly!"

This is a very neat pizza oven. We were excited that it has two power options, but so far we have only used it using electric power. I am eager to try using wood pellets as the source of heat to cook. While this pizza oven is great it takes some practice learning how to cook a pizza in it. The cook time is very quick and some failed attempts have taught us we need to rotate the pizza to ensure equal cooking. It is fun as the whole family gets involved in the backyard and we are excited to use it more this summer. The Pizza stone that comes with it is an absolute necessity. The bonus is we get to have more pizza as we try to perfect the pizzas. Very fun and good value. The Pizzas taste good and I am sure they will taste better as we get better at cooking them in here.
