I found this one on prime day deals and decided to give it a try. It’s the best deal I could find with good reviews.I was able to use it right out of the box. Super easy to put on and strap down. It doesn’t move or feel unstable during my workouts. It definitely adds some resistance. I can usually walk 30 minutes on the treadmill no problem and at minute 8 I was like wow, it’s only been 8 minutes?There wasn’t any funky smell and the weight is evenly distributed so it’s comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The straps are nice and thick and overall I love it! The only design flaw is the pocket in the back. Like, how am I gonna reach anything I put in there? lol but a small issue that doesn’t really matter to me.

This weighted vest fits comfortably. The weight distribution feels good and the straps lay nicely against my chest (and I am a bigger girl). The vest stays put when I’m walking, so there is no rubbing or chaffing to worry about. I ordered 12 lb. vest, which may have been a little ambitious as I’m starting my return to fitness, but I wear it around the house for 5-10 minutes and feel my heart rate increase. I highly recommend this vest if you are a larger chested lady.

I purchased the 12 lb vest. I really like how comfortable it is. I have only done walking with it, but there are no hot spots or pressure on my upper back and shoulders. I notice a significant difference in the effort required for my walks when I wear it versus when I don't. It is adjustable and fits me well as I am 5'3" and 220 lbs. The material appears to be high quality.

Arrived quick as always! I was super excited to try it out. Fits well and is surprisingly comfortable! I got the 12 lb vest. I feel like it is a good starting point for sure. After my first walk I could definitely tell a difference. My legs were sore the next day too. Not sure about weight loss yet but I'm hoping it will help. It seems pretty durable as well and it didn't have a bad smell or anything! Easy to use and I think it will be used doing normal daily tasks as well!

I'm a 5'4" woman and purchased the black, 12lb vest. It fits perfectly with the straps fully tightened. This is so well constructed with the weight evenly distributed throughout the vest and nicely padded shoulders, and front and back sides of the vest aren't too close to rub against the skin during the natural swing of the arms. It's also designed to lay from shoulder to mid back with nice quality elastic areas to hug the sides when tightened. It also seems like the back mesh pocket, which I'm sure is for a cell phone, could be used for small added weight pouches as a next step before getting a truly heavier vest. I have only used this for 2 days in my exercise routine and then also working around the house. Right now I have a walking pad workout and then I use a mini trampoline for "trampoline sprints sets". I started using the vest immediately when I received it and I can really tell this vest will be such a positive addition to my everyday life and in helping my workout effectiveness. I am also impressed that it is such a good value for the money, looks like it will last a long time even with everyday use.

Probably great for a taller person, but, I'm 5'1", 120 lb. and 10 lbs was too heavy and much too roomy for me. It was comfortable and I can see where others would really like it. Great price too.
