Very good instructions on how to collect and return sample. Gave a good thorough explanation of results and ways to improve my scores. I was able to download the entire 21 page results. I included a picture of one of the pages. Very simple process with very detailed results.

Full disclosure: I haven't had a chance to use this test kit yet, so I'll have to update my review after I send it in and receive our results. However, so far, the instructions are easy to follow. The box to mail the sample is prepaid, which is nice (however, at $249, which is the price at the time of this initial review, I expect it to be prepaid.) I'm eager to use this for my daughter.

So at first you get this little tiny kit that just gives you the ability to send in a stool sample. I was a bit confused because the ad said tiny health and I wasn't sure how old that would cover. I did it for my 13 year old daughter. I had to create an account and answer a ton of questions. I felt like the questions were somewhat repetitive and excessive. I felt like they should be telling me based on the stool sample not me telling them about everything my child eats and has eaten. I felt like the questions were a bit invasive but I felt like I had to answer them.After a few weeks I received the results on my account. They stated what they tested for and how my child scored for each different probiotic. They had the following categories: Beneficial microbes, gut inflamation markers, digestion and absorption markers, microbial enzymes and metabolites, disruptive microbes, short chain fatty acids, balance and robustness. There was an action plan at the end of the report. They made recommendations on diet and lifestyle changes (not easy as she is autistic). They even had a list of different brands of probiotics that would help her gut.They do offer a free consultation with the report which I did not do yet.Overall I found the report interesting. I have added some missing probiotics to her diet. I haven't noticed any changes yet.

I hoped this test would provide clarity. Instead, it felt like a pricey microbiome snapshot with little practical value. The lab analyzed biomarkers but didn’t explain how to improve them, just vague trends like low microbial diversity. It’s pretty expensive and over my budget.

Given a family history of digestive discomfort, I ordered this to see if it would help us gain insight.I've done other tests that require collection, and I will say this was definitely easier than other test kits. Definitely appreciated that!The resulting report is informative and we appreciated the provided information. Obviously no way for me to check accuracy, but assuming it's correct, then it's well worth the cost to help improve comfort and health from a digestive standpoint.Overall, I'm impressed with this kit and the resulting report. It's easy to use, and is a good value for what you get.

The samples were very easy to collect and send off. The instructions are clear. There is an online questionnaire that is very thorough so be prepared to take time to answer the questions. The results are interesting. I can't go into them in detail, but it was a very interesting and insightful test.

Good test if you are concerned about your kids diet or health. Note that this is a *fecal* test, not a cheek swab or blood test, so be prepared to get the sample and send it in... If this is something you're willing to handle you'll be pleased with the lab-quality results.
