Sturdy, slick, non-stick pan. Generous in size, comes with a beautiful silver rack for inside the pan. It even has sturdy metal handles on the outside that sort of swivel to stick out farther from the pan when lifting it, making it easier to lift/carry. Deep inside so it will easily hold slabs of ribs, which is the main reason we bought this roasting pan. We highly recommend!

Love the item! Off the bat, we noticed how deep the tray was and how useful it will be to use as we like to oven fry a lot of chicken here at home. It gives it a good height to cook the bottom part of the food to give it an even fry. The height of the rack from the bottom of the tray is more than what we needed which is a bonus as it gives it enough space to circulate heat throughout the food. The tray comes with 2 handles to make it easier for you to carry. The weight gives it a good quality feel to it. So far, we have no problems with the tray bending or peeling off. Overall a good bang for your buck.

This is a perfect size for our family of 3 adults. It’s heavy and appears well made. I like that it’s non stick and is relatively deep, to accommodate chicken, turkey, ham, whatever you like to put in a roaster pan, without spilling any juices. The handles are securely attached which will allow me to safely remove the pan and contents from a hot oven. The rack is heavy duty and I don’t see it warping like I’ve seen with other roasting pans. The rack sits up far enough to keep my food items out of the drippings. I also see myself using this as a casserole pan, just in case my usual 9 x 12 casserole dish isn’t quite deep enough to avoid foods that tend to boil over, making a total mess of my oven. I’m so very pleased with this, can’t wait to use it. Awesome find.

I go this to smoke pork shoulder/butt, smaller briskets, and smaller chickens/turkeys on my smokers (really no larger than 15'ish lbs.). It collects the juices and is easy to wrap the meat with tin foil during the "crutch." The pan is a little bit thin but it is strong and economical (currently selling for $19.99) for my needs. It has metal side handle to ealy place/pull the meat from my smoker. I like how the juices are collected below the removeable metal grate to use for gravy and homemade sauce. It is rated for 450 degrees but I have only used it at 225-275 degree for smoking low and slow on the pellet grill and it has worked well at that temp. Recommended!

We cook most of our meals and roast a chicken once a week. This is a sturdy, decent sized pan; probably large enough for a 15 lb turkey. I haven't made a turkey in this but am basing this on reviews of a similar Farberware roasting pan. It's great for chicken. The rack gives it plenty of room underneath while the pan is still deep enough for loads of meats and veggies. It's easy to handle and store, especially with the hinged handles. For the price, I don't mind not having sturdier handles. It has a nonstick coating so the real test will be durability over time. So far so good. It's been a good addition to our pots and pans.
