But Burnz actually surprised me, in a good way!I started taking it before my morning workouts, and within a few days I noticed I had way more energy and was sweating like crazy (in a good way). It really helps push me through intense workouts, and I don't crash afterward like I did with some other stuff.Appetite suppression is real too! I'm not snacking all day like I used to, which has been a game changer for cutting calories without feeling miserable. I’ve dropped a few pounds already and it’s helped me break through a plateau I’ve been stuck at for months.Overall, solid product. I’ll be buying again!

I haven’t had the chance to try Burnz EXT just yet, but after looking into the ingredients and reading through a lot of positive reviews, I’m genuinely excited to see what kind of results it delivers. The formula looks well thought out, with ingredients that seem effective for energy, appetite suppression, and fat burning—especially for breaking plateaus, which is exactly what I need. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to try Burnz EXT after hitting a plateau in my weight loss journey. The first day was great no issues. The second day however was a different story.I took 1 pill at breakfast and one at lunch.About 45 minutes after lunch I thought I had contracted the Ebola virus or possibly dysentery as everything I had put in my body came out in liquid form with the pressure of a fire hose. Speaking of fire that’s what my backside felt like for the next 2 1/2 days from rushing to the bathroom about every 20 minutes.Sometimes I’m a slow learner and thought maybe I caught a bug and it wasn’t these thermogenic fat burner pills that I had purchased. I gave it another chance after not taking it for 3 days and unfortunately, I found out the hard way. It was the pills.Next time the next time I took the first dose at breakfast. About 15 minutes later it again turned my insides into liquid flame, the power of which could probably propeller a rocket into space if properly harnessed. I live 2 1/2 miles from my work. I barely made it there driving before rushing in to find the restroom.In closing, you will lose weight, but for all the wrong reasons, dehydration, explosive, diarrhea and all the great side effects that goes along with it. if you are brave enough to try it, I would recommend also purchasing a case of really soft toilet paper a bidet if you don’t have one several gallons of Gatorade, some Imodium or Pepto and a cream for your backside possibly some adult diapers also you shouldn’t go out in public. Godspeed, my friends.

Just a few days after starting, I felt a noticeable boost in energy and reduced cravings for snacks. The capsules are easy to swallow and I had no unpleasant side effects. It really helps break through a weight loss plateau — especially when your weight has been stuck. It’s important to combine it with proper nutrition and at least some activity. For me, this definitely works, and I’ll be ordering again!
