I like that it has 15/32 and 23/32 blocks as this is actual thickness of 1/2 and 3/4 plywood. Also steps on 1,2,3 block make setting table saw blade or router bit depth very easy.

Amateur woodworker here. As I continue on my woodworking journey, I'm trying to get increasingly accurate and "finished." Before these, I had a very cheap set of acrylic setup blocks, and they were "ok," but certainly not sturdy, not rugged, and I can't really say if they were dead-on accurate or not. These, on the other hand, are fantastic. They are both sturdy and rugged, and my confidence in their accuracy is much higher. They are well made, very well marked and even have some real heft to them - especially the graduated block you see in the picture. The carrying case is great - a place for everything, and everything in its place. At first blush, and after using them in a handful of projects, I can't be happier and I highly recommend this set.

I got a chance to use these while building some built-in cabinets. They have been useful. I have another set too. These ones are different in that they are only dimensional one way. In other words my other set are pieces that are basically long squares. You can lay them down on any side and get the same 1/4 inch.These only lay one way. The plus side to that is there's far more sizes including 1/16ths. I like all of the 32nd sizes but I wish there were the blank 16ths that are missing too. Or even instead in most cases. But it's great to have a verity since I do deal with a lot of margins in my work. And I am also glad for the case. Makes it easier to keep track of.

These size blocks are incredibly useful when measuring and blocking off certain spaces. Or for creating gaps of a desired size. They are a nice solid metal, making them consistent and easy to use. I've used them several times to set a specific gap between two pieces of wood. They work much better than scrap pieces of wood or a measuring tape that can adjust easily. They come in a really nice carrying case to make them easy to stay organized and easy to store until needed. Overall, they look great, work great and are a great addition to my workbench.
