Order a NG fireplace. It arrived a few days ago. Today I tackled installing the unit. Very, very impressed with the beautiful logs and the response of the remote control. The instructions were a bit of a challenge, only because I needed some one to read as I was going through the steps. EUREKA it’s in and working. The most handsome thing you can do to your gas log fireplace. Just press the remote and instant fire! Love, Love!

It functions and works. However, the wrong color was sent. We ordered oak and birch was sent. Unfortunately, the installer had already installed it before the error was noticed.

(Ventless Liquid Propane Fireplace Oak, 24Inch)Tech set it up went smoothly everything works great. Looks fantastic , short test run unit had good heat output. Purchased extra rocks. (American Fireglass Medium Lava Rock). Thanks Americangaslogs for making a great unit at a reasonable price .

I love these logs. However, in hindsight I wish I had purchased the 18" set rather than the 24" set. This set warms the room so quickly that they stay off most of the time. I would rather have slower heating to keep them on longer for ambience.

I’ll start off with the cons. The assembly was poor screws fell out and landed inside the box. I had to tighten some of them myself. Also they don’t use the standard American fitting . I believe it’s metric. So I had to go to Home Depot to get adapter. The pros, the logs look pretty realistic and the ambers at the bottom give’s a more realistic look. My final thoughts, considering some talk about bringing manufacturing back to America but this is American company based out of Georgia and the assembly was poor. That was very disappointing.

Installation instructions could be clearer for novice installers. It was no problem for me since I am a mechanic, but video was not very clear on gas line sizing etc. Product is good quality.

Product doesn't work and they have no customer service don't answer phone and after many attempts answered and said they don't sell through Bolo I would like replacement or refund
