Arrived broken, Not stainless steel
Arrived broken in half, material is also clearly not stainless steel. Reached out to seller requesting refund, they asked for photos which I provided and initially they only offered me a partial refund to keep the broken item. When I first reached out to the seller I also requested a return through my orders page and was given a return label that required postage and an explanation that my return was approved but I'd have to pay for postage myself. Unhappy with either option, I reached back out to the seller and calmly explainined I would like a full refund for the damaged and not properly described item and if they wanted it to be returned for them I did not feel it fair to expect me to pay postage. They responded saying they would issue a full refund and not require the item to be returned. Still left a sour taste in my mouth overall and regardless of the (obvi too good to be true) low price, I do not recommend this item whatsoever.
