Initially I was a little apprehensive about it, as the directions are not clearly written, and I had heard so many negative things about robot vacuums being difficult to use. This one seems genius! I use it daily. Keep in mind that there will always be areas - tight spaces and underneath furniture where the robot cannot go - that you will always have to clean yourself. It takes the robot about 90 minutes to clean my 1300 square foot condo. Its operation is gentle and quiet; a little louder when the self-emptying dust collection mode starts, but that lasts only about 30 seconds. The dustbin is small and sometimes I stop the robot’s operation to empty it midway through. The robot speaks to you (in English) when it starts, stops, or encounters a problem. You need to clean the bottom of the robot each time you use it, especially the little side brushes. It is not necessary to use the app.

I have had this for 3 days now and this is probably my most favorite thing I have ever bought !!! I have it on a schedule to vacuum all rooms throughout the house while we are at work so everyday we come home to fresh clean floors and it is absolutely amazing ! It's such a time saver and takes one thing off my plate.The only con I have is it took me a little while to figure out how connect it to my phone with the app because our Internet is 5mbps and it has to be 2.4mbps so I had to call our Internet provider to have them open the 2.4mbps connection( it's free it's just a button they push on there end so the robot vacuum can find it )

I'm happy with my purchase overall (works great). The suction is awesome and my floors look great! But there are a couple of things I should have known ahead of time. Hopefully listing them here will help others. If it were not for these items, I would have given it 5 stars.*Although it is self emptying, I mistakenly assumed that it would recognize when it was full and return to the station to empty. It does not. It empties at the end and will overflow on the floor if it gets too full. It says you can program it to empty at up to 3 random times during the run but I have not been able to figure this out. If you need to empty during the run you can pause it and manually return it to the station to empty.*The machine will not empty if you have the mopping feature attached. I program it to run 4 times during the week. Prior to the 4th run I attach the mop feature. At the end I have to detach the mop feature for it to empty. I use this time to clean the machine.Like I said, if it were not for these 2 minor issues I would have given it 5 stars. I love the lidar function. It maps out your house and you can look on the app to see exactly where it has been. Overall I would recommend!

I've only been using it for 5 days, so I can't speak to how it will operate in the future! But what I CAN say is I freaking love it so far! I don't normally leave reviews, but this vacuum really has impressed me. Speaking candidly, I think a lot of the reviews of this product are AI generated, so they kind of made me skeptical to buy it. But, my dog pooped on my floor and RUINED my last robot vacuum, and I desperately need a robot vacuum to do my daily maintenance throughout the week. I do the deep clean with the traditional vacuum every Saturday.All that being said, I love all of the settings in the app. I love that it maps out the entire house, and I have the ability to name each of the rooms for the "room clean" function (where you designate the device to only clean certain rooms). With the mapping, it tries to establish a room by room structure. However, in the process of doing so, it mapped out that my bathroom and hallway were actually one room. This is an issue because the hallway is carpet and the bathroom is tile. This could interfere with the mopping function. BUT THEY SOLVED THAT TOO. You can manually separate rooms and merge rooms on the map to create a very accurate map of the layout of your home. I LOVED that.The vacuum is very thorough and very effective. The self emptying function is great. What I also like is that you can select how thorough and how powerful you want the vacuum to be. You can even select how many times you want the device to vacuum a room. I had company this weekend, so lots of people were in and out. I had the device vacuum the most trafficked areas 3-4 times.This has been my favorite robot vacuum so far. I would love a little help with sorting out the "scene" feature because I don't quite understand that, but aside from that, this vacuum has been AMAZING. Would 100/10 recommend. If anything starts going amuck, I'll update my review to reflect that :)

No puedo creer que pude conseguir mi robot a este precio. Es muy bueno, aspira, limpia y tienes la opción de seleccionar que tanto quieres que aspire o limpie. Ademas de que puedes configurarlo en mas de 50 idiomas!!!!!! Me encanta tener alguien que me ayude en los quehaceres.

I was not sure about these vacuum robots working all that good but I decided to try this one. I have to say it really surprised me how well it cleans the floors, along with the mapping in the app. I am very happy with this vacuum, it really impressed me.

Product is good, it cleans fine , but it didn’t finish cleaning the house (small house) because it ran out of battery, after charging one entire day. I don’t know if I’m not lucky and I got a bad one, or if they normally work like this. I’m trying to finish cleaning the house and every time that it resumes it runs out of battery again. I’ll get in touch with the seller about my problem, hopefully this review can be edited (for good) soon.

We have lots of iLife products and have been eying an automatic vacuum mop. So far we love the company and the products. The customer service of this company is unbelievably above and beyond and they stand by their products.Over all the vacuum feature has been used many times, I do recommend removing anything it can get stuck on including cords, socks, toys. The feature of time setting is my over all favourite. I have mine set to go at night and a couple hours before I return home from work.spot room cleans through the app was a bit tricky to set up however it was much easier than I thought and extremely user friendly. I haven’t figured out where the floor cleaning solution goes yet but still find the moping extremely useful and sufficient in cleaning my hard wood floors.Over all this automatic mop seems like a great investment given the price after promo blows all the other ones out of the water.

Estou usando há 1 mês e gostei bastante.A função de aspirador é ótima, limpa bem, mas precisa de umas 2 ou 3 passadas (recomendo 1 vez por modo, assim ele varia melhor o caminho) pra deixar um cômodo impecável.O controle e a opção de movimenta-lo pra usa-lo em pontos concentrados especificos com mais sujeira são um diferencial.Minha unica ressalva é que caso você tenha pisos que não sejam lisos (com relevo) o modo "passar pano" acaba servindo só para "tirar o grosso" - não me entenda mal: ele limpa bem, mas num piso claro e com relevo, ele não tem o mesmo desempenho do que uma pessoa passar pano esfregando bem o local.Coloquei 3 estrelas no suporte tecnico pois nunca tive que usar, então não sei. Mas o manual dá uma boa ajuda - em 3 linguas (francês, espanhol e ingles) ainda que não tenha tradução em portugues.

llevo unos meses ya con la aspiradora y la recomiendo.muy sencilla de usar, hay que vaciarla constantemente si hay mucho cabello en casa, pero limpia bastante bien y al trapear solo usa el trapo para quitar polvo, no manchas, pero es bastante útil de todas formas.hay que tener cuidado con los cables en el suelo ya que suele enredarse en ellos.
