I was pleased with the product's consistency and it works very well. This formula is a little stronger than most on the market (60% versus 40% urea) and the added salicylic acid is also beneficial for severely dry, chaffed, or flaky skin - such as on the feet and heels. No unpleasant odor, not greasy. I would definitely recommend this to patients.

I have a patch of thick dead skin cells on my cheekbone (don't remember the clinical name for it). It was a large, dark brown lumpy mass and impossible to cover up with concealer. I went to my dermatologist hoping he could cut it off but instead he recommended using a urea cream. He wrote me a prescription but the pharmacy refused to fill it because it was considered an OTC product and wasn't covered by insurance. And they did not carry any OTC urea cream. I found the cream on Bolo but they all specified use for feet and sometimes hands or arms but not for the face. I checked back with my doctor who said the creams were safe to use on my face and to get one with at least 40% urea since that would have been the prescription strength. I found this one with 60% and started using it the day it arrived.I saw a difference within the first week! The mass was noticeably lighter in color. I'm now into week 3 and the mass is less than half the original size and I can see clear skin around it. The doctor said it could take 4-6 weeks for it to clear completely and it looks like I'm right on schedule. I apply the cream 2-3 times per day and really rub it in (per doctors instruction). I also use it on 2 smaller patches that looked like they were about to form the same type of lump and they've decreased as well. And on a side note, I checked the prescription cost of the cream on the GOODRX app. It was $165.00 at Walgreens or $47.00 with the GOODRX discount for an 8 ounce tube. I bought this 5 ounce jar on the spring sale for $12.74. I'll be keeping this cream in hand from now in.

Great cream to soften skin! I used on my heels and elbows daily and saw a great improvement. Nice in between pedicures or in the summer when skin is dry! Great product packaged nicely and shipped quickly.

Water is the first ingredient, followed by urea. It is very easy to apply and it has a much lighter consistency compared to creams that list urea as the first ingredient.
