My skin flares so easily and can be very painful. I do a lot of steps in my skin routine just to be comfortable to move my face to smile. But I'm always looking for the next thing that will help treat not just manage.When i first tired it, it felt different then I'm used to. I thought it may be drying my skin out too much. But it wasn't too pricey to try and I seen a lot of older methods treating it with a z bar (or similar just different brand) but it's not used a ton anymore. So I figured one or two more tries and if i5 stills feel wrong I would just toss it.Boy am I happy I waited. Just the same day but the end of the night for my next skin care routine. My face didn't feel that address anymore AND it didn't feel dirty and dry and most importantly not painful in any way. I continued to use it about a handful more times and I'm thrilled with the results.It truly makes my skin feel better and I find a lot less build up at the end of the day. It really manages that layer of my skin. I'm so disappointed cause I've tried such expensive methods. And this has been so helpful.I do still do my additional cares (toner, moisturizer, etc) after every wash which probably makes a difference too. But that's more I find has benefit my the most. But this soap is really going to help in thay deeper level. I can feel the difference. Will be buying more and more!

Bought this soap because I had a breakout of fungal acne related to antibiotic use. Also bought a bar of sulphuric soap. Would use sulphuric bar in the morning and the Z bar at night. Noticed an improvement after several days. I also have Rosacea and very sensitive skin. After using these soaps I have noticed my skin has gotten really smooth. May continue to use these soaps indefinitely.

This is an EXCELLENT soap for people with rosacea, dermatitis, and other facial skin issues!! It's very gentle, but super cleansing, and leaves your skin feeling VERY smooth!! I have super-sensitive skin, and I use this every other day, alternating with the regular Vanicream cleanser, and this seems to be a good balance for my skin. It even takes off my makeup! It's going to last forever at the rate I'm going (I keep it in a travel soap container), so it's also a great buy for the money!!

These were out of stock for YEARS and YEARS. Pretty sure the company got sick of my emails asking for an update. Sure there are similar bars on the market, but this one is the only one I have found that does not have an unfriendly smell to it. It also lathers up considerably more than the competitors bars.

I want to preface this review by sharing that I have struggled with my skin my whole life and do many many things to keep my face (and overall skin) acne/folliculitis-free, including but not exclusive to hormonal birth control, aloe gel, hyaluronic acid, sulphur, etc.Having said all that, using this bar has made a noticeable difference. I have less redness, less inflammation, and overall it gives me a brighter, healthier complexion. After washing, I use a very light moisturizer and my skin looks so much calmer than it ever has. The craziest part is that ChatGPT recommended it! Never knew this product existed before that!Lastly, I'm only giving it four stars because it is not the only product I use and it's not a miracle (nothing is, unfortunately!), BUT this bar has proved itself to be a very worthy and welcome part of my skin routine. I can see the difference every time I use it!

Thank goodness the zbar is back! I am a dermatologist and love this product for seborrheic dermatitis (and just as a general cleanser!). Was hoarding a few old zbar samples and glad to stock up on some fresh ones! This is one of my all time favorite skin care products!
