I've recommended this to everyone I know with a pool. I was a little worried about whether the edges of the gems would be pointy but they aren't at all. It sure beats just throwing stuff in and kids diving for them. My kids love how it came with the waterproof cards and it's a challenge to find the correct gem and color.

This is really great! Kept the kids entertained! The cards are really good quality. The gemstones sink quickly and the whole game is lightweight to add to a swim bag.

I sought out this toy after my son encountered some diving gems while visiting our neighborhood pool. He was instantly taken with them and spent a blissfully long amount of time diving for them at the deep end of the pool. The package arrived in a nice box (featured in the advert), complete with accoutrement. I thought the accoutrement was a little overboard when ordering, but once I saw my son's face light up to see them, I knew this was a winner. All cards/additional docs in the package are plasticized, and thus will survive the inevitable pool exposure (or in our case, a swim in the bidet based on my son's insistence on testing their durability). The treasure map remains of particular interest to my son who loves to build stories around it. The 44 included gems are beautiful! Bright, well-built and good at sinking slowly but surely (important for a diving toy!). The only reason I removed one star is because the gems have very few facets--they're cute shapes, but designed to have a hollow side and don't feature facets, making them beautiful but a bit less "gem like". My son has not complained once, but I noted it immediately and was a little saddened. Facets aside, it's a great, large kit, gets my kid to swim (& exhaust himself) and is a fun thing to run into (that doesn't hurt my feet) in the house. I'm so glad that other kid brought them to the pool that day so we could learn how cool they are and get them ourselves!

This is a great set with lots of ideas on how to play with the gems! Whether you’re just trying to “find” all of the gems at the bottom of the pool, or playing game challenges with siblings or friends, this “Diving for Treasure” game is a hit!The 64-gem pieces are fairly small, making them challenging to find. There are four different bright colors and four different shapes.There are also 44 soft plastic game cards and one Tic-Tac-Toe board, which add to the fun! Bonus: This set comes with a mesh storage bag to keep all of the pieces in one place! Everything is waterproof, too.This “Diving for Treasure” game is sure to bring smiles and create memories that last a lifetime!

Pool fun for the kids! We have several aspiring swimmers in the family, and they love diving after these gems at the pool. Varying levels of difficulty as some blend in with the pool more than others. All decent size and simple enough to recover though. Small enough to keep stowed in the back of the van.

I live on a lake and use these for smaller children. The toddlers love playing with them. Sometimes, I use them with larger children, who have googles. They are bright and show up easily. VERY happy with them.

FAILURE: Joyin DOES NOT check their products. I believe someone ordered this, and then returned it WITHOUT gem stones. Totally stole and then this company FAILED to provide me with a complete order. Lazy.
