After several days I experienced a pronounced increase in the health benefits mentioned in Bolo reviews. PureGood Methylene Blue and Nepeolithia Urolithin A are high quality products. My dosage is 2 drops of Methylene Blue and one Urolithin A soft gel in the morning and one of each late afternoon. There’s a lot of talk about anti-aging products; the result for this combo is more like reverse ageing.

I had never heard of Urolithin A before but a good friend of mine emailed me about it. Once I did some research I followed his recommendation for this particular company's product. I haven't been taking it that long and have to admit that I only take 1 capsule a day but have found that it is a game changer for me. I have lots more energy and no longer feel the need to nod off during the day. I am a pretty hard sell on new stuff but was pleasantly surprised with this product! I think there will only be more improvement as time goes on.

Delivered on time...no digestive problems....seems I have more stamina..wish I could see my mitochondria getting stronger..I know somethings getting better!

This is the best value for Urolithin A! Great dosage level for serious athletes. I started taking this after hearing about it on performance podcast. I was skeptical at first despite the multiple studies. However personally I found an increase in my endurance as measured by VO2 max, HRV, and perceived fatigue. I enjoy the dosage as it’s easy to just take two easy to swallow capsules 30 min prior to my work out. This is a high quality product, effective, with great health and performance benefits. I highly recommend

This is one of my best dietary supplements! I've been taking it daily for almost two months now and have noticed a marked increase in my energy level and endurance. There are no adverse side effects or bad taste to worry about. The bonus: the price is very reasonable compared to other offerings. Don't overspend for those - get this one and call it a day!

I bought these for my wife & I after seeing a few commercials from a competitor brand. We definitely notice the difference in - even if slight - our cognitive ability. A must purchase if you need intense focus for prolonged amounts of time. My wife is a full-time college student & I have a mentally challenging job/career, so highly recommend.

Never heard of this stuff before. Bought it on a whim. It arrived lickety split. Capsules are on the larger side of what I’m used to. After a month of usage, I would have to say that there is more pep in my step, don’t fatigue as easily.
