This ramen is absolutely delicious! I love that it’s vegan, high in protein, and made with healthier ingredients. The flavor isn’t overly salty because it has about half the sodium of other brands, which I actually appreciate. Some people say the flavor isn’t strong enough—but if you’re used to super salty instant noodles, you’ll definitely notice the difference.Personally, I eat clean (mostly veggies with minimal salt), and this ramen tastes both healthy and satisfying. It’s the perfect balance of flavor and nutrition. Love it!

I ate them, but I wouldnt buy them again. The noodles were very hard to choke town. The broth was good.

While very sustaining. It is not worth the purchase. It's overpriced and it does have a high amount of protein for its size. However it's texture of its noodles is both odd and feels weird on the tongue. However it tastes like someone designed this flavor never have had beef in their life. It has a very Chemically taste. I will eat it to finish off what I purchased. But I would save your money and never buy this.

I purchased this item because of its advertised "low ... reduced carbs" and "high protein", it does have the high protein (32 gm), but it has 42 carbohydrates per package, and if one is on a low carb diet, this is NOT the product you should be eating.

This VOLO VERO High Protein (32g) Instant Ramen "Spicy" Beef, is early to make and has enough for a good size serving in the container. The texture though, takes getting used to. The noodles are kind of gummy and chewy. It's easy to make, and has decent quality ingredients. The value though, just isn't there for me.
