It is nit small, but for my injectable meds it should work well. It looks.like a big Hydroflask water, has a luggage ID tag. It is nit light in weight though but you need this insulation for long flights. Shipping was super fast.

Light easy to used . Clear instructions, make medicine at temperature for time , easy pass tsa no problem , I was travel 20 hours and the temperature inside still properly

I've used this for about 5 months or so and it has been the best thing for my meds. I work in construction and don't have access to a fridge during the day, but it's kept everything super cold while it's kept in my backpack. I leave it in the truck turned off alot and it's never gotten close to the point where I'd had to worry about it!! Deffinately worth a try. I love it!

Doesn't fit as many as advertised but it worked for my needs, thankfully it fit just enough of my injector pens. I take benlysta and could fit exactly 4 auto injectors in there snug. The ice pack didn't last 24 hours, I did an international trip and by the time we arrived it was fully liquid and barely cold. Followed the directions exactly as written. Thankfully the insulation is actually quite good and I had a temperature gauge in there that came with my meds so I know the temperature was still good enough but I can't say how much longer it would've lasted. If you need your meds to remain at a certain temp for a certain amount of time, get a thermometer to test it out before relying on it. Went through TSA just fine, agent thought it was weird which I thought was weird lol but made it through fine. Compact, durable it fell and dented but didn't break or anything.

Outstanding. Follow the directions and two shots fit with plenty of room for more. It was a tad heavy, more than I expected, however, it felt extremely secure. Here’s a piece of advice that I found out on the way home. Airport SECURITY does not like when you bring back the little freezer pack inside melted. It didn’t even occur to me, but they saw it as a liquid. So next time, if I can’t refreeze it after using it, then I guess it goes in the checked bag.

I took this on a trip with me where I knew I was not going to be able to get to a fridge for more than 12 hours. This kept my insulin cold for over 12+ hours. I did put the container in the fridge to help prime the container, so not sure if that helped. Had no issues going through TSA, but I did ask for a hand check of the insulin. So was in the container from from about 4:15am, then hung out in the container and car till about 7pm. The ice block was still frozen and container was cold and so was the medication. Will put it more to the test when I go to Mexico in May and a long haul to Barcelona in 2026. This is was one of the best purchases for my medication.

Kept my medication super cold during airline travel. 2 hour drive to airport, 2 hour wait for flight, 6 hour flight, 3 hour drive to destination (13 hours total) and meds were still super cold! Highly recommend.
