I contacted the seller and he reassured me that this laptop does come with a lifetime 365 Microsoft office license. He said all you need to do is start using the apps. It’s a good basic computer for the price.

Bought in October it is junk now. Word will not let me do anything at all. On the phone with HP warranty that expired 2 months after purchase. Bought assurion from Bolo and they sent me to HP and it’s expired. Save yourself the frustration.

Sleek, compact with everything I need. I use when I go to my writing groups and conferences. I bought it with a lifetime of Microsoft Excel and Word. It means no hassles or yearly payments or being forced to buy a constant update. I highly recommend.

Although I do not regularly use my laptop for entertainment, I do occasionally watch youtube videos and some movies. The sound on this device is terrible. It is barely audible and even with full volume, I cannot hear it, unless I use earbuds. Otherwise, for random scrolling and occasional work in the Office programs, the laptop is a fine low cost option.

Nice laptopCame with an external SD card (meh!).Initial login took a few factory resets since putting in my account wouldn't match up the password.Factory reset is power off and power on while tapping F11 key.Reset and clearHad to create a local login only to access desktop.Good ole' Microsoft (big brother).

I purchased this VERY Specific computer because it came pre-loaded with Office 2021 and a lifetime subscription. As with every product nowadays, there was NO manual, so you just plug and play. It was not after I inadvertently loaded and fired up the computer that I realized I loaded Microsoft 365 which I later came to find out invalidated and took over the Office 2021 and my lifetime subscription and now I have to renew 365 yearly which is going to cost me out of pocket. I found some small type to that affect on the Bolo website. This is VERY misleading and deceptive on HP's part and Microsoft. Shame. Never will I purchase from your company again. BUYER BEWARE.
