I use it nightly before bed and when I tell you, it blocks out light, it’s just cold enough, and it fits snugly without being over constricting. 10/10 would recommend and I do recommend to anyone that will listen.

Great item for night shifters! I can’t even tell I’m sleeping through the day! Soft, cool and adjustable so you don’t have your head squeezed and uncomfortable while you sleep.

Most comfortable cooling eye mask i've tried. It gets the temples and above and below eyes very well.Onpy complaint is it doesnt stay cold as long as some others. However because it gets more area its fine with me.Stays on well and is very comfortable. Fabric is soft and doesnt feel rough or damaging. As someone with long hair i can easily put this one one without catching my hair in the velcro.The wide strap around the head provides good grip so it stays in place.Overall its well made and feel quality, something that will last awhile (years)The velcro makes it easy to adjust to your head size so it stays in place.Works as a neck cooler also and molds well around the back of the neck.Functional and easy to use.

Ordered these for us & for a friend. They are very versatile & work well. Won't stay colder longer than any other type of ice pack, but still recommend.

It should have cut outs for the ears because it easily slips off my head. I adjusted it with the straps to keep it snug, but the material is so ?slippery? that it shifts while I am sleeping. It does work as intended though and helps me sleep better when it does stay in place. The cooling feature is extremely nice as well!

The perfect cooling sleep mask!! 10/10 recommend it’s so soft, stays nice and cool, it’s not too tight or loose, the band is adjustable and it’s just perfect, it’s so comfy to wear in bed if your a side sleeper. The pink is also a very pretty soft color.

Cold and Comfortable

I am editing my original review because you are actually not supposed to ice for more than 15 min at a time. This does last 15 min. It is very cold right out of the freezer, it is comfortable and can be used many way. I really do like and can recommend
