PROS:* Delicious. All of KetoLogic's BHB drinks are delicious.* Powder makes mixing easy (but also messy if you're not careful).* Great variety including a few with caffeine.CONS:* The beverage can seem a bit pricey, but a single container lasts a long while. Additionally, I buy several so I can rotate. Given what these do, I think it is worth it, however.Use:I take my dogs for their morning walk (1 mile to 3 miles) or a morning bike ride (~5 miles) to start my day. When I return I mix up one of these beverages and pour over ice for a refreshing cool down. I also enjoy a beverage after weekly yardwork or after spending time in the garage working on projects. Though I'm already fat adapted, these drinks let me carry on my day and help to keep to my lifestyle by providing some (exogenous) ketones, a shot of caffeine (though caffeine in general has inconsistent effects on me), and also helping me stick more or less to my fasting intervals. I've tried other brands, but they all have some weird chalky after taste or film on the top after shaking. These drinks don't. THEY ARE REFRESHING AND DELICIOUS.

I was looking for a way to raise my ketone level and researched dozens of brands for the best taste and the least amount of artificial ingredients or sugars. After much trial & error I landed on this one and I LOVE the flavor (Raspberry Lemon). It is subtle, but adds a hint of fruit flavor to whatever you put it into. I used it in my Jasmine Iced Tea every day, but it would be great in water or sparkling water too. I liked that it didn't taste too sweet or overpowering (but I used a bit less than the scoop size recommended - I used about 3/4 of that scoop). I took off 1 star because the container that it comes in is literally HALF empty when it arrives and it pissed me off that the company would waste THAT MUCH additional plastic just to make you THINK that you're going to get more product than you actually do. (How about considering our environment people and not being so wasteful of our resources?) It also made me excessively thirsty, even though it doesn't have an excessive amount of salt in it. Hmmm.However, after ordering it and really liking the flavor I was later told by several doctors and Keto experts that drinking exogeneous ketones actually hinders & slows weight loss and the ketogenic benefits of being in ketosis, because these man-made ketones get noticed and used by the body BEFORE your own natural ones do, and that is NOT good. You want your body to burn your own natural ketones as much as possible. Also the ketone spike that I got from drinking this powder (and all the other ones that I've tried too, was only a tenth of a point or so, and the spike only lasted for an hour or two). Drinking ketones is NOT a substitute for your body being in a natural state of ketosis and I really don't believe that products like this really do help your body reap the benefits of ketosis or weight loss. I've kind of decided that it's all a sham and we should stop wasting our money on "quick fixes" like this, that don't really even fix or help anything is the grand scheme of things. More & more data is coming out now that these ketone inducing powders and drinks are not good for Keto or weight loss and hinder our body's own natural ability to burn our own ketones. So I think this will be the last time I buy and powders like this. But if you believe in it, then I think this one is as good as any, if not better.

My husband takes a premixed water and keto powder drinks it when he leaves for his hour and half drive home. It gives him just enough of a boost he doesn’t feel sleepy after working ten or eleven hours (diesel mechanic )

I would love to give this product a five star rating but I just cannot. The taste is okay. Could be so much better though. Also, the instructions say to shake before each use. After shaking it when you open it a large amount of the product comes out in a dust. I now shake it a wait a minute or two before I open it. My biggest gripe is I only got 27 servings from the can. It says 30 servings. At this price point I want EVERY serving I pay for. Having said all this I bought another can, because this stuff REALLY WORKS.

I really liked this product. I'm feeling the effects and have lost some inches everywhere. I prefer this over Pruvit ketones as I am getting the same results for a much cheaper price.

Ive tried the grape and the raspberry lemonade and I like them both. I tried the NAT keto and it was really expensive and they want u to sell to ur friends to save u money. "Pyramid scheme" no thanks. Any way this worked just the same and cost way less. And I dont have someone calling and bugging me. I also tried the strawberry meal replacement and this was especially good other reviews said the flavor was bad and didnt taste good but Im not sure what they have had to compare meal replacement drinks to? this tasted like strawberry milk to me. So I would give this a try of ur trying to get into keto I checked my ketones and I was always in the moderate to large range with these supplements.
