I swear, it tastes exactly like Welch’s grape jelly when you dry scoop it — weirdly nostalgic and intense!That said, the formula is solid: decent ingredients, a great price, and plenty of caffeine plus beta-alanine to really thrust you into your workout. I take this pre-workout in the morning, and it doesn’t just wake me up — it puts me into full throttle mode, ready to crush my gym session.If you want a flavorful and effective pre-workout (dry scoopers, I’m looking at you), this Welch’s grape flavor is a fun and powerful option.

The carbonated can versions always taste a little better, but this orange cream flavor has been my favorite pre-workout/ energy powder. Mixes as well. Tastes like a 50/50 ice cream bar. Felt no crash effects. I mix 1 scoop with at least 12-16 oz of water since the scoop size is large.Good plus to see Ghost removed synthetic dyes. Coloring in ingredients shows now as vegetable juice powder for color.Only con is the beta-alanine ingredient sometimes makes my hands tingle too much. Luckily the tingly/itchy sensation lessens in time.

My husband took one scoop of this Ghost pre-workout and was immediately ready to bench press a truck… but unfortunately, he had to sprint to the bathroom instead.It gave him the energy of a thousand suns and the digestive stability of a Taco Bell value meal. Let’s just say the gains were questionable and the air was unforgivable.Smells like radioactive Sour Patch kids and regret.Would I recommend it? Only if you have:• A strong toilet• A brave nose• And no plans for the next 45 minutes4 stars for the workout, minus 1 star for nearly haunting the plumbing.

You get what you paid for! It’s tasty. If you’re not used to pre-workout I definitely would not take a full scoop at a time and start with half a scoop other than that does the job

What happened to the formula? I purchased one at GNC a couple of years back because I really just liked the packaging but it was wayyy too strong for me, so I stopped using it but now that my tolerance is a little higher I decided to give it a try again and it doesn’t do what it used too…highly disappointed. I gave the 3 stars only because the Grape is really good and it’s not chalky.

I feel stronger and more focused, the pump I get in my arms is ridiculous, and I've noticed considerably more vascularity. I was previously using Kaged Pre-Kaged, and IMO Ghost is superior is respect of pump during workouts and doesn't seem to affect my sleep like Kaged does. I'm definitely buying more Ghost Legend when I finish this tub.

Lo envían por estafeta pero todo bien. El producto llegó en buen estado y sellado, ya lo probé y el sabor está rico, no me provocó picazón y el pump que da es muy bueno, recomiendo 100% aparte que el bote está cute 💕
