I received the eye mask today. I have already had one session. It is easy to use and the sessions aren’t very long. The unit is charged so, you are free to multitask, if necessary. I, myself, just used that few minutes to relax! I have high hopes that the eye mask therapy is going to work on my puffy eyes and crows feet!!

I have been using red light therapy for years and was so happy to see they made this mask. I already see a difference around my eyes and I’ve had it 3 weeks.It targets around eyes which the full masks don’t.It’s worth the cost.

This was my first time trying a red light therapy mask, but I could not complete the full five minutes it was turned on because the light was so bright. I'm not sure how other masks work, but these did not come with protective goggles or something to block the light out. I had it on for a minute, and I couldn't really take it and took it off.The instructions that come with it are easy to follow, and the kit comes with more than just a charging cable. It also had a pouch to put the mask in and cleaning solution to clean the mask after use.
