This Dell product offered the best value for price. It has a fast processor, huge amount of space & great screen.The battery life could be better at about 4.5 hours & and backlit feature would have been a feature.

It's excellent, it doesn't weight as much as it thought it would, but it's great! Battery life seems a bit short, but it's manageable. Touch screen functioning and i like the design. Some people say it's kind of expensive, but it's great for my job.

I received the equipment and shipped it back to Brazil.When I arrived and tried to turn it on, it didn't work.I had to call Dell technical support, who explained that they had upgraded the machine incompatible with its processor, which wasn't designed to run with 64 GB of RAM.Disappointed.

The computer is fast and, for the most part, works well. I took off a star because it repeatedly restarts itself out of nowhere. I’ll be in the middle of something, and the screen will just go blue saying it ran into a problem and needs to restart. Some days nothing, but most days this happens multiple times. Not sure if this is a Dell problem, or if I just got a faulty laptop, but it can be very frustrating!
