It was right next-door my neighbors which some people literally don’t pay attention to try to deliver the package properly.

I rode it, my son loves it. App is easy to use and this was a great find. Way better price than what our local store wanted for a popular brand and it’s pretty fast too! Easy to put together as well, just four screws and charge and it’s ready to go.

Normally I DON'T Write Review's However I'm WARNING potential Bolo Customers(Buyer BEWARE)I Purchased this Widoway Electric Adult Scooter on May 2nd 2025(It was Delivered on May 6th 2025) Initially I was Happy as a Lark (Yippee 😀 my very own Electric Scooter)I read the instructions booklet and everything was Bliss for a Couple of Days..HOWEVER..(On one Horrible Day)I attempted to turn on and Operate my Electric Scooter by pressing the On buttonHOWEVER..There was some Error/Trouble Code messageDisplaying(E2)On my LED Digital Display Screen DISABLING My Electric Scooter from turning on and Operating!So I Contacted Bolo(May 6th 2025) thru their Bolo App about the issue I was experiencing(Scooter is Inoperable and Nothing in the Instructions booklet to Fix/Remedy the Error Code message etc. )Bolo Claimed that they were going to get back in touch with me in 48 Hours(Guess what... A entire week went by and Nothing from Bolo!)So.. I Sent a 2ndary Message(Monday May 26, 2025)Explaining my the issue I was experiencing with my Electric ScooterHOWEVER...To Present Date Bolo Refuses to Respond Rationale on Either Fixing my Electric Scooter or sendRMA Return Label to send the DEFECTIVE Scooter back!Their BASICALLY ignoring me(SHENANIGANS.. i.e. Stalling while Giving me the"RUN AROUND")UNTIL... June 6thPasses.. Then they'll Claim that my Return Request time has Expired!SMHSo.. since I live in CaliforniaI'll just Contact"California Consumer Affairs"And file a Complaint Against Bolo and their Shady Business practices!with my Electric Scooter

The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the hard tires transfer a lot of vibration when riding on streets that aren’t super smooth. The brakes are also an issue. It has 2 brakes. One is the rear disk brake and the other is an electronic bake on front wheel. The electronic brake is very abrupt. I tried to adjust but you can’t. I had to adjust the rear brake to try and have that engage first but want very successful. But!! For the price it’s great. You really have to take the price under consideration. Most are double the price of this one so bang for the buck it is great. Top speed is around 17mph but with the vibration and the brakes issue, you really don’t want to go faster. A slight tape of the brakes does a sudden stop on front wheel so you have to lean back hard. Can imagine it wouldn’t go well if going much faster. It super convenient. Folds and is lightweight and easy to carry. I may buy another one for my wife. I use it around the neighborhood for small errands.If you are ok with spending a littleMore I would get one with inflatable (pneumatic) tires and dual disk brakes.

Front wheel was installed incorrectly at factory. Appears one bolt on one side was tightened too much possibly causing the entire wheel to sit a significant angle and crack the plastic housing around it. Scooter can not be driven under this condition. I've contacted Bolo (and the seller) days ago and I've not heard back from anyone. I'm willing to give this manufacturer another chance to get me a working one but havent heard anything yet.
