This item worked perfectly. It’s very difficult getting out of the chairs at my sister’s home as you sink down into the chairs. The family used this with me and easily got me up on my feet. Highly recommend.

I bought this so my husband could get me out of chairs without hurting his wrists or back. It works pretty well if both users are strong. It did help my hubby’s back, but I felt some discomfort. Just saying it works, but it’s not super easy.

I'm on the wrong side of "Old" now.I'm also 6'4" and 230 pounds, with my wife being 5'2" and 101 pounds.Before purchasing this, I'd taken an embarrassing fall. It wasn't serious, and the only thing harmed was my ego. Still, I was sitting on the floor, and couldn't get myself back up. I did finally make it to my feet, but decided I might want to have other options, in case I trick myself again.Now, I feel much safer!
