It includes 2 ear pieces, a charging case and charging cord, and instruction booklet. Connects via Bluetooth, v5.3. They sound very good, have great dynamic range, and I am told they are very clear when I make a call. Since they're new, I'm still getting used to the touchpoints on the device for making calls, adjusting volume, and listening to music or videos. I like that it can pair to more than one device and switch between them, although actual switching is limited to two devices. You must disconnect from one device to connect a third, for instance.I'm pretty impressed with these.Recommended.

These were easy to pair and turn on every time I pull them from the case. They are comfortable on my ears and hold a charge long enough for my typical use. The charging case is great for taking these on the road, so I don't have to bring a separate charger for them overnight. The main use for these is to listen to podcasts/music while working out, and these work out well for that. I like that they are open ear, both for comfort and to be able to hear my surroundings well, so my wife doesn't sneak up on me when I'm listenting to something and scare me. Definitely recommend!
