The setup was simple and I noticed a stable connection right away. It integrates seamlessly with the router and offers reliable performance that meets my everyday needs. I am very satisfied with the performance and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle free solution.

My android phone is not esim compatible, so I used this esim card to be able to have access to data when not on wifi when I was in Europe. Also had to purchase esim data of course, which wasn't expensive. I did not buy the data from EIOT (the maker of this esim card) even though it was available from them. Using a different company for the data wasn't a problem. Of course, when using this esim card, I could not text or make/receive calls. But I knew that would be the case. This esim card worked as it was supposed to and was easy to use.

I'm not sure if I have a defective sim card or what but i've tried this in half a dozen unlocked android phones and my GL-iNet GL-X3000 5G router, with 4 different providers, and it has never successfully downloaded a profile to the sim card. It just errors out at 90% downloaded. I've even tried it on eSIM capable phones to rule out IMEI eSIM compatibility filtering or something and still no luck. It's too late to return it so go figure, but that's obviously on me.The other thing I find concerning is the app doesn't work after downloading it from the Play Store. It tells you to download an update from their website that's 4 times the size of the app on the Play Store. I'm not saying anything fishy IS going on, but it's very odd and suspicious.

Originally had problems setting it up as apparently it was incompatible with my Android version. I updated to Nothing OS 3.0 and it started working brilliantly. This is great since the Nothing Phone 2a does not come with eSIM capability, and this fixed my issue.However: the app is TERRIBLE. It is not fully translated, and the place to delete an eSIM is rather buried. The menus could use a lot of work. There are no real error screens so it is impossible to troubleshoot on your own.I contacted customer service to ask them how to delete an eSIM profile. They responded immediately and were very polite. However, they had no idea how to navigate their own app and were not able to provide me with a solution; telling me to navigate menus which clearly did not have the settings I needed.

It works really well for what it needs to do, but my biggest gripe is the app itself. The UI takes a bit to figure out as profile switching isn't entirely clear. But the worst thing is that you need an internet connection in order to switch profiles. It doesn't tell you this and will just fail if you try, but when you land wherever you're going, if you can't get on the airport wifi, or didn't switch prior, you won't be able to switch to the eSIM profile you want to use!

This is an amazing phone plan service. I recommend it to anyone. One slight delay occurs when you run out of data and need to buy more; it takes a few hours for the new plan to take effect. Other than that, amazing product.

I've used EIOT club for the past year, great connection to the towers. I have no issues with watching videos, phone calls are secure and clear. Very easy setup, and the customer service is wonderful! It took me less then 3 minutes to insert the card, and less than 10 minutes to get a connection going.Their plans to choose from are simple to understand, great value and lots to pick from. If at first things don't work, get a hold of the customer support. They are very helpful, walking you through the process if you can't figure it out.I look forward to testing this SIM overseas soon, I'm glad they made it available!
