This sign connects to a USB A plug. An adapter is not included, so you have to supply your own.There is a switch on the USB cable to turn the sign on and off, and additional switches to adjust the brightness.The main problem is that while the circle lights up well using the LEDs (the "neon"), the "Pet Grooming" wording is not lit up at all, making it hard to read. I deducted two stars because this is fundamental to the purpose of the sign.

Makes a good gift for you pet groomers window/wall. Easy to hang up with the included hangars and the brightness is adjustable on the cord control. I think the size is about right as its not too small or too big. It does look good and would have been better if the words illuminated also.

This is a really beautiful color sign. It can be seen from far away. It is a little difficult to read the words unless you’re closer up though. I only could display it in my window, there are no true directions on how to hang it but it did come with hardware which is sticky hardware for walls. I used very strong fishing line and tied it very securely and it is working quite well. Hopefully it draws in more customers! I haven’t quite tested that yet. Time will tell. I think it’s very classy and neat and I think it will get noticed in your establishment as well. Highly recommend

So this isn't a true Neon sign, it's made with LEDs and a flex plastic atop it that mimics the look of Neon which is nice but these LEDs are a little weak for this sign, think because it's USB powered and not much a plug and play. You'll need your own USB adaptor too as mine didn't come with one. It is nice though to put in your window and draw eyes towards your business.
